I've been playing The Witcher again. Getting Ready for The Witcher 3.
Also been playing Destiny on the PS3. Good thing I knew it'd be a mediocre shooter and had absolutely no expectations for it, otherwise I'd probably only feel seething hatred for it. I wish the powers were rebalanced for pvp.. It currently boils down to spamming powers and rushing to get heavy wepon ammo.

Warframe, which had a massive event recently and I had to finish maxing out my godlessly powerful graphically violent equalizer (Read: 5x Forma'd Buzlok) before the promo affinity booster burnt off.

I used to play Warframe a whole lot. Last time I really played a lot was the recent update to the Infested.

That was during the big update that made them absolutely game-breaking. They've been ratcheted back a bit since thankfully. Recently, they've had like four events in the last month, and a bunch of new weapons and gears. Nyx Prime just became available on Monday.

I've been playing M&L: Superstar Saga on and off recently, for the practice in Italian. I like my RPGs short, linear and easy. B|

Mount & Blade: With Fire and Steel. As fun as it is, it is a bit slower (in terms of getting better armor) than Warband since you don't have the sea raiders equipped with mail shirts and byrnie's.

I don't have that Mountain Blade but it sounds like I'd enjoy that because in regular Mountain Blade gear progression goes something like this :
Start game ---> Defeat your first Sea Raider bunch ---> Wear Byrnie until late game ---> Buy a coat of plates after which the only reason to ever switch would be to pick one based on aesthetics(the late game armors are all ugly).

As for myself, I've been playing through Metro : Last Light again. I absolutely love the sections where you fight / can stealth past human opponents, but I don't really like a lot of the mutant sections because it's basically just some bullshit when they spawn from seemingly thin air and you can't many times stealth past them, they're just used for annoying Serious Sam-style arenas and the section at the Swamp was straight-up infuriating when the game drains your gasmask filter by script after you activate a certain sequence it just struck to me as really cheap. The visuals in the outside sections are absolutely gorgeous, though.

Getting better armor does require you to have a lot of gold, killing enemies that have units such as Hussars, or even asking the armorer to forge you equipment which can be expensive. As far as I read, even better units require you to speak to a commander or visit a camp rather than just train some villager.

*Excuse my post being quotes, this is being done at a computer at college which for some reason won't let my post be unquoted.

I liked how they added in a knockout prompt for the stealth sections. It made the stealth sections a lot easier until I started to realize that most of the enemies really deserved death. I liked the outside environments also. And I liked how some of the DLCs brought back areas from the first game but updated them to be in their spring forms. I didn't really like how far they went comparing the Rangers to Spartans though.

Since last night, I've been playing Battlespire. May as well be a tough game since magic might have the slowest regeneration plus the Dremora's within the first level like to throw some magic which can be tough.

I'm really enjoying the new Strider game at the moment. Such a great mix of metroidvania, power enacting hack'n'slash and the occasional physical puzzle.

I've just pre-ordered Shadow of Mordor. I've been stalling on buying it for a few months now. I've already got too many games I never play and other shit I feel like I should be doing. I just can't say no to an open world LOTR rpg. My 12 year old self would've killed for that. I'm excited now, I hope it's good.

Currently?

- Diablo 3 when my wife wants to play it. I have the console version because no amount of updates could substitute the value of an offline mode, especially in the case of Diablo. Feels like Warcraft at another angle, though that might just be the same art style. Besides the co-op side of things, the best parts of the game are the classes and the combat. Everything else is pretty mediocre for what it could have been. Path of Exile does a similar to better job for being free.

- Ultra Street Fighter IV is my latest obsession. I've finally found a community I can slug it out with, so working on my Akuma has become a high priority.

- Mass Effect 3 when I can be bothered.

Have an urge to play Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance again, so that will probably make it to my list soon.

I'm playing on Ranger Mode so I didn't know there was a prompt for it. Plus the throwing knives are so fun anyway so I never really used knockout much because it was so much more satisfying to impale enemies in the butt with a well-placed throwing knife.

Any of y'all playing?
I used to play on 9.1 but I haven't been playing in a couple of months because I lost interest after the game client became really unstable after 8.9.

World of Tanks patch 9.3 is the shiznit.
- shrieking noobs get punished for teamkilling
- KV-1S and Hellcat got nerfed
- SU100M1 tank destroyer line got buffed
- more awards for good players
- Campovanka got #Shrekd

Any of y'all playing? I'm on the EU server if anyone ever feels like jumping into a tier 6/7 platoon.

Through the power of DosBox, I gotten to play Descent to Undermountain. It's slow and clunky and I'll just leave it at that.

Just started Valiant Hearts, already on Chapter 2.

A game about one of the most horrific wars in the history of mankind shouldn't be this charming.

Still Dungeon Crawl. Finally won, with a pure brute-force caster who spent a lot of time throwing around huge nukes and balls of pure energy.

Now I'm trying a more hybridized melee class with support magic.
