Been doing so GR: Wildlands PvP with friends the last week or two. Got tired of PUBG, seems like everyone I play against can hit you at 200 yards with a fucking SMG so I figured I was too old and slow. I've had a good time with Wildlands though, the PvP feels liek Delta Force:Blackhawk Down's but with better aiming and some neat gadgets

Lost all interest in WoW, so dipped into Final Fantasy now that a friend's XIV server finally opened.

I picked up XV, X and X-2. I'm kinda bouncing between them all but I'm liking it so far. It's hard to get into the FF world (at least until I had it explained in terms of Zelda. Same characters, tropes, currencies etc, but in a new universe every time) if you didn't grow up with it, but I feel I'm coming a bit along.

XV absolutely ruined me. I cry once a millenia and I got real close during the post-credits. If that's how FF is gonna be from now on; I'm fucking in.

X I'm not too far into. The leveling system is cute but real fucking weird, and Blitzball can go suck a large one.

I hope I can finish all those up and go straight onto whatever is next on the FF top 10. Nice series.

Also Daddy of Light was comfy.

Blitzball by my experience was solved by me just doing a Sphere/Jecht shot once and then playing keep away given I tend to aggressively go to score early because fuck that system. Triple Triad and the FFIX card game (Tetra Master I think it's called) were better.

I'm tempted to do a Chaos run on FF6 given that I saw what evil shit it could do. How evil? You could get a party member who can fling Goner at the enemy as a move... or not have any worthwhile abilities. Terra could be Mog and Mog could be Sabin for all you know too which makes it deliciously insane.

Might and Magic 8: Day of the Destroyer. Decided to give it a serious go after watching some videos by this guy.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=l6rmG4ZbLTAhttps://youtube.com/watch?v=7j8cT_n3p7EPlaying it as minotaur because why not? Outside of maybe World of Warcraft, you don't have many other games letting you play as a bull-headed humanoid.
So far, I may not be doing too bad though most of it can be chalked up to getting a dragon in my party which even with the weakest member makes my party rather OP in terms of damage output.

Also played some Might and Magic 7: For Blood and Honor but that party was given more of joke names. At least it lets me play as a goblin that isn't the size of a dwarf.

Funny you mention Seth because i was complied to buy Might and Magic 6-8 because of his video, And i also bough Heroes Of Might And Magic 3 because of this video
.

So i am playing though Might And Magic 6 right now but i have not gotten far, And i am playing Swat 4 and loving it so far.

His videos did get me into playing Might & Magic 8 and it's really eaten a lot of my time, much more so than the modern games of today despite being a weaker entry in the series and throwing a shit ton of enemies I kill through dragons and ranged attacks. That, I may as well be somewhere between half-way and finishing the game.

I am going though M&M6 and then going to go though until 8, So far with 6 i am stuck on the first couple of quests. A bit hard to get use to the controls and the interworks of the game, But i am going to try and get though it because it feeling amazing when completing a quest.

Funny enough playing Ultima 5 and 7 a game that i had no problem picking up and playing though, Although a walkthough is indeed needed to play though the games.

Just to say this with M&M, even if it may just be for 8: fuck the fire elementals.

That said, nearly done with the game. Two more gems and hopefully after that, I can go into the lair of a robot man sent by the Ancients and stop the planet from being blown up (which is suppose to happen in one of the Hero games via a barbarian king fighting an elven glam metal looking guy in a sword fight instead)

Playing the original Borderlands and planning to get back into Town of Salem and Fallout: New Vegas soon enough.

Sea of Thieves. I don't think I'm going to be able to top my launch day experience. After struggling to get in for an hour I played with two friends. We managed to beat a skeleton fort and make off with a haul of treasure worth over 10,000 gold. It took a while since I had to stay on the ship because we became paranoid of it de-spawning if we all left it from an earlier experience. Eventually I sailed it in myself to give them cannon cover.

After one of my friends fell asleep while playing my other friend and I decided before we got off to just go full sail ahead in one direction and see what happens. We started sailing by a giant rock on the map and as we got close the water near it turned pitch black. I assumed it was just the shadow of the rock loading in when at the bow of the boat a green tentacle appeared. Turns out we randomly stumbled upon the Kraken. We tried to fight it but with only the two of us we had no chance. A random player had joined our crew when we re-spawned and we thought it would be rude to just leave them so we decided to go on one last adventure for them. We ended up finding some crazy magic chest that wasn't even part of the treasure we set out to find and made a fortune even though we lost the rando somewhere on the way.

Going through Fallout 4 with a James Bond build. Should be a fun change of pace from my Unarmed NV playthough.
