If they’re not being disruptive or harmful than I do agree it’s unfair not to hire them. However, the vast majority of troons are not harmless. Many will chimp out if you heckin’ misgender them or don’t let them in the women’s restroom. So I think most of the time it’s reasonable not to hire trannies.
Then state your policies in regards to restroom use, they can accept or decline.
Outright denying them of the opportunity is unfair, which I believe you agree with to some level.
You're assuming I am guided by what is legal rather than what is right which says a lot about your own moral compass. I don't give a fuck what a bunch of globalist pedophile psychopaths in DC want me to do under the farcical guise of democracy except insofar as it reflects the desires of globalist pedophile psychopaths which makes me even less inclined to abide by them.
You're missing my point, I am not guided by what's legal, but what I personally consider as fair, and I've explained already.
But let's try again, for the last time: denying someone of the possibility of acquiring a job and earned salary in their own country, just on the basis of them being transgender, while they abide by your policies if they are legal (I say this to avoid bullshit like you paying them less due to them being transgender, exploit or target them as a result, give unjustified privileges to the others because they are not trans (in essence, discrimination), etc), then I see that as unjust.
It's not that complicated, it has nothing to do with retard elites, paedophile psychopath traitors, criminals, or school shooters. But someone who is trans and applies for a job, and is willing to accept common sense policies,
and not be outright discriminated in the process.
Very simple.
