What are some things that help you sleep or take naps on command? - It seems a lot easier to fall asleep as it comes to you than to do it on purpose.

prayer and meditation. i usually fall asleep while talking to God each night. sometimes i get upset when i fall asleep mid prayer, but then i realized that for much of my life all i wanted was the ability to fall asleep more quickly, so i try not to complain too much. also limit screen time and bright lights before bed.
You could try masturbation. You know how people will fall asleep after sex? Well that happens with masturbation. You get a little tired briefly.

You could always eat stuff. People get tired after they eat. This is going to make you fat though.

I like to listen to videos on YouTube. I was listening to this one last night. It's about the first Jedi.

I used to listen to videos about UFO's and alien abductions, but I started to have a lot of weird as shit dreams.

Pitch dark room with some kind of white noise in the background, typically a fan in my case. Sometimes I’ll put on a podcast on low volume featuring someone with a good calming voice. Lorerunner is a good example if you can get past his diddler accusations (jury is still out on if he actually did it or not)

If I’m really having trouble sleeping, I might smoke a little weed, but I don’t rely on this very often. If I’m really struggling to sleep, shot of Zzzquil
