If you're not afraid of a "real" job that might suck sometimes, you can get relatively stable employment with call center work from home. You have to find job listings for that of course.
It's not for everyone by any means, but it worked for getting at least some income.

I've been running an ebay business from importing shit on alibaba.
  1. Cost to incorporate a company: I think of was around $1000
  2. My Investments: An assload
  3. Pure profit I'm making: like $120 a month, so still not profitable.
