As a broad category, PreP ads are my least favorite right now.

I used to hate perfume ads the most, but PreP has changed that.

Wait, I just figured out another ad I'm starting to hate: The ones that imitate fucking Tiktok/Instagram memes.

I felt a part of my brain just groan in exasperation at having to watch the first five seconds of an ad that was doing that whole "What my pizza in the microwave sees at 3 am" meme.

Temu ads. I hate them. I hate that youtube's algorithm recommends people doing temu hauls or product reviews. I hate that not amount of "don't see this ad" gets rid of them.

The other is Mood. I don’t want weed gummies. I don't want them advertised to me. No amount of reporting gets rid of them. They're categorized by youtube under things like "Candy", which is gross. When I checked that I was willing to see ads about candy, I meant actual fucking candy, not drugs in candy form.

Any ad that they play in those little fucking screens that have been installed into gas pumps. I can't even veg out and listen to the birds for five minutes while my tank fills after a long day at work, I have to hear some upbeat motherfucker chirp about deals on hoagies or rotisserie chickens. I am refusing to go to any gas station that has them, this makes we want to go full Uncle Ted.
