So the fact that Monica never reported the alleged attempted rape to the authorities (because that's obviously what she was implying when talking about Vic continuing on to kiss her and bringing up her previous alleged rape experience) is evidence of actual malice even against a public figure? Must be strange that he apparently lost his case then, doesn't it Emmett?

Either this means you're an idiot who has no idea what he's talking about (the most likely) or if you'd ever try to bring this up in court, you'd get the same result as Vic and end up owing money to the person making the claim.

If he ever loses his mind and files some lawsuit, there's probably a good argument that he's a limited purpose public figure. He inserted himself into a public controversy with the intent to sway its outcome.

Also, let his doublethink sink in for a moment. He gleefully points out that no one has filed charges as evidence of actual malice... yet the same thing happened to Vic. For twenty years we don't have a single police report.
