So, so fake. She also has a case of the "skinny fat" as some dub it which is basically where someone can pass to the naked eye as "healthy" and some fit appropriate BMIs too but the distribution of muscle and fat indicates poor diet and poor health choices. Likely slightly above normal BP, food or alcohol addiction, low functioning immune system, underlying health conditions that skirt by because she doesn't care.

Also, if she ends up with a significant autoimmune disorder she can kiss her fake parts goodbye. Her body will start rejecting them and it'll be NASTY. I think the bad plastic surgery thread has some examples

Or she's claiming she's non-binary. I know a chick who did, even went as far as changing her name.
