You are exactly correct the worst part of my job is OSHA compliance, broken glass is bad enough to force a temp shut down to get it removed and a temporary fix. I couldn't imagine the field day the FDA would have with that

In all fairness. It could be part of the process. There are reasonable procedures where that could be the case. However the second half of that still applies at least with OSHA you have to do an "internal investigation" on any "near misses" or any situation that elevates a worker's risk. Shattered glass not withstanding.

But let's be realistic here. She probably just knocked a jar off the packing line and didn't want to be responsible.
 
I have worked numerous jobs where taking a picture past security doors is a violation of federal policy and always resulted in immediate termination. These were not government jobs, just regular jobs under a variety of federal regulations. All US manufacturing facilities are likely worse than the places I worked where that was the case. She is a dumb cunt who deserves to be fired.

She made a post about having to come in because she was a supervisor and basically how she was the only chick there, right?

Look at this. September of this year.
In reference to the supe, it says she.

Got that right. I find her lack of food security infuriating. Even more so than her noxious personality. Hopefully her stupidity causes her to meet her end in some Chinese worker like industrial accident.

To be fair, there is hamhocks that sits across from her. She's in the pic of the shit on her desk that I'm sure customers are thrilled to see. I'll even go so far as to say she's not a supe. She doesn't have the maturity. She's just a phone jockey.

Getting "forced over" during busy periods is a thing in manufacturing. No way she is a supervisor. Looks like she is some sort of a QC monkey. Which means its her job to make sure product being produced isn't fucked in any way. She doesn't look very good at her job.
