Emmett has a serious case of "tiny-dicked dirty-neckbeard" syndrome. he's literally talking about suing a twitter rando across state lines to suppress their speech. i hope he does it and i hope it ruins his life so bad that the schlubby louisana whore he pays to paint her tits green dumps him. the spin-out would be hilarious as he cries out to Twitter, "my life is misery. this is vic's fault. fuck ki/wi/fa/rm/s" and then he kills himself, possibly trooning out first.

I think you're confusing Emmett for Alec Peters, whose project Axanar got the dickslap from Paramount. Alec has some notoriety for almost single-handedly killing the high-budget Star Trek projects. Emmett is just irrelevant.

They're both assholes though.

He's just being disingenuous. He making fun of Vic for being accused of criminal activity and losing basically everything because of it, and equating it with some Twitter rando calling him a perjurer and losing... nothing, because he's worth nothing anyway.
