They're barking way up the wrong tree. Firstly, @lawarchive isn't impersonating Nick. If Nick were faking being an intern, then it's impersonating 'an intern'. That isn't ban evasion, that's something totally different. Secondly, even if they get the account temp suspended, it will only be pending verification of that person's identity. Even if they're lucky and Intern-chan is made up, it need be as little as 'Intern-chan is Lady Rackets' and not actually be violating any rules. You're allowed to be the spouse of someone whose had their account suspended.

So whoever that is is engaging in targeted harassment by spamming Twitter with false reports and should himself be banned.

That also means anyone retweeting that, or who originally suggested mass flagging an account wrongly is engaging in encouraging that behavior, which should also get them banned. Terrible plan.
