The art seems amateurish but not awful for the background, Looks like massive overuse of the line tool, and maybe some basic 3-D models used for reference? But honestly, I think they'd be better done with 3-D models used. Vanishing point seems off sometimes, especially when you compare objects like rugs to the walls/floors and little to no effort is used to actually provide the objects any real depth and solidity. It's not terrible for an amateur illustrator, and it can be improved some with a really good coloring job, but it's definitely not the quality a published comic should have.
As for the people, their faces are okay, but the bodies are balloon animals and the clothes once again have zero substance, weight, or depth put into them. Apparently they're wearing a strange form of bodypaint fused to their body, because it's sure not cloth on top of them. It took me this long to realize the back of that woman wasn't just bare and so fat it was missing any indication of form, but supposed to be a sweater. Plus, they're fairly ugly.
I dunno what the script is going to be, but from an art standpoint, it's not high enough quality to use as whatever comicsgate owning thing she's trying to do. It looks like a particularly studious 16 year old's attempt at a comic they put on DA. I'd put prominent webcomics above it, at least at this stage.
