It's a manifestation of a desire for power. The big bad incels can be big and bad, but in her head, at the end of the day theyre all jerking their gherkin to her, thus making her have power over their lives. It's essentially a power fantasy.
See, the average person would feel disgusted that someone they don't like gets sexual pleasure from their appearance.
