I'm putting on my "I've had too much liquid fun cap" but I'm guessing Ty wants those affidavits out there sans name so that "someone" could either corroborate (or more likely blow holes in) them.

Nick had taken a private picture at his personal, private party among his black friend who was aware of the context of the 'blackface' which got leaked to the public.
This isn't cool to them and they continue to hound the subject.

Lauren made public posts of her own free will saying abysmal shit about homos and that's totally fine "people change yo"

I don't think much needs to be said about hypocrisy

It seems obvious. Those exact stories have already been publicly discredited. Making the affidavits public would only reveal that to everyone. Redacting the names wouldn't help, either, because the stories would still be immediately recognized as the ones we've already heard.
