Nick talked about them the other day. He said that on the morning of Ron's deposition on June 27th, there was a hearing about the sworn affidavits that were submitted to Ty the night before. Ty wanted the option to release them to the public with the names redacted. Casey did not and they went before the judge who asked Casey if he wanted to put in a gag order. Casey said no, he just didn't want that information being made public. The judge said that if these people don't want it out there, then they can withdraw their statements and that they should hire their own legal representation to put in a gag order if that's what they want.

What stood out to me from what Nick said is that Ty wanted these affidavits redacted and released while Casey didn't. They must be pretty stupid on face value. Now one of those witnesses has been publicly attacking Peter and constantly running her mouth to show how unhinged and malicious she is in her vendetta against Vic.

Wonder how much Casey is drinking this weekend?
 
So this lunatic and Xir's friends are the group of "women" who were witnesses that they wanted to protect the names of from KF? I guess Xir's big mouth has ruined any chance of that happening and Xir's evidence is already being picked apart to the point Xir and Xir's friends are probably going to be torn a new one if they dare to be cross examined.

He is deserving everything he is getting. I believe he has gone past the point of vigorously defending his client to the point of malice.

Why do they assume that all affidavits are automatically admissible as evidence and that they don't need to be cross examined or have the evidence they gave put under scrutiny? Who told them that? Did they just assume that telling their stories under oath would be some sort of win button that proves their claims?

Didn't they all write it on behalf of somebody else? Not once have I seen anyone claim to be a victim of Vic's alleged sexual harassment except for Monica and all the victims in the story seem to be untraceable, vague and unknown to the person giving the statement or unwilling to testify that what this person said is at all true.

I started as 3 but soon moved to 1 since everything indicates Vic is not only innocent but a genuinely decent person as well.

1) Monica Rial
2) Professional Contrarian
3) The author of Vic Mignogna: A Love Story

Nick said that they were the same stories we had already heard, so 4 and 5 should already be known. I'm not sure why Casey was against making them public when these KickVic people have been talking about the case for months.

Monica is NOT one of the affients. There would be no reason for her to be, she is one of the defendants. It was a misunderstanding of what Rackets said .

So they're really pulling out the dirty moves, to the point of trying to get the affidavits to not be released so that KickVic can continue to run a smear campaign without the farms to target and pick apart their stories like we usually do.

I think we all know how the story goes with these male feminists and these stories always seem to have an unnecessary insert to solidify their bizarre political or social ideology. Seems like you got skeletons in your closet, buddy.
