If she is anywhere in Casey's source chain for those affidavits, or if he is in fact trying to use Tekkocon 2007 to "bury Vic", it all pretty much collapsed. Here is the head of the show outright calling the main source a batshit crazy person. and one who is seemingly obviously supporting BHBH's theories regarding TI. In fact this post also seems to undermine any claims of problems with Vic in 2004 and 2007. The con clearly stated they have a 3 year rotation of guests. They do not invit the same guests for 3 years. so Vic was at Tekkocon in 2004, 2007 and 2010. Now granted Vic was absent in 2013 and did not return to Tekkocon until 2018. But that also corresponds with the change over in Con ownership.

Their own allies continue to be their worst enemies and Ty Beard's greatest source of discovery.

Only thing I can think of is they know Nick was leaked bits and pieces of the depositions, and is just waiting for authorization from Ty to release them. She's probably trying to get ahead of Nick, not knowing the stories are probably material, if public.

Also, since Ty was dying to release them after redacting names.

My personal favorite part about these tweets, is that chronologically you can see the confidence chip away bit-by-bit. All of these women that were preparing affadavits, turned into two management-level executives - and if those were the ones that made it to Casey, they don't want to be made public

Consider how deep Cuntrarian was, I'm going out on a limb here and gonna say her shifting gears (so quickly it'd snap like a weak tendon) onto Tekko, was a deflection technique to divert attention from the lack of credible witnesses lining up against Vic

And by "enough", I mean, at all. She allegedly let people suffer because her severe myopia didn't allow her to see that law enforcement had to be involved when the con allegedly wasn't going to do anything, and even now, her severe myopia thinks that Vic merely being disavowed by a con that's being strongarmed into it is going to protect society from an alleged menace.

For her own aggrandizement, she reappropriates the shell of virtue without minding its essence. Should she be telling the truth, she's using the suffering of others as nothing more than a means to feel powerful. She doesn't give a damn about "women" or whomever she's supposedly championing for. Alternatively (or even concurrently, most likely), she doesn't live in the real world and thinks the worst of the problems would end with Vic being disavowed from a con he wouldn't even be eligible to be re-invited to for two more years.

Has the hair dye seeped through her blood-brain barrier? Did she lose some of her brain in her chin? I have an idea as to what her problem is, but I still can't help but ask: what is her problem?

If I had to guess, with all the interactions I've had with this shitwit and everything else I've seen:

Traumatic child experience, unresolved - likely by a trusted family member. Leading into an attention issue, desperate for some kind of purpose or validity - always trying to fill that empty void, while using escapism as a coping mechanism for avoiding her own deep-rooted personal psychosis.

Got into the cosplay/anime community, found an unconditional support mechanism. Is now latching on and creating a feed-back loop of self-gratification. (For anyone who's played Portal 2, much like how Wheatley reacted to the elation of creating a "test", and then getting frustrated when he didn't get the same dopamine rush when he made the same "tests")

The walls are literally falling in, and we're witnessing (in real-time) the mental degredation of a human being playing out on social media. Honestly wouldn't be surprised to find her floating in a river in the next 5 years.

That's a bit too fast on the assumptions. We know there are some affidavits given to Ty, late Wednesday, and the timing here gives strong implication that Contrarian was involved or knowledgeable about at least some of those. So my bet is that:

1. The affidavits exist, specifically for something at Tekko 04 and 07
2. Contrarian is easily impressed with the official legal nature of swearing and notarizing and affidaviting, and so thinks she's generated real heavy ammo in the fight against evil cis white men
3. The actual content of those stories will wind up being too weak for a slam dunk on MoRonica's side, which is why they're desperate to get leverage out of them before the stories are revealed.

If it was Shane saying that affidavits exist, I would apply the Law of Shane and call Nick a liar for claiming affidavits were submitted. But this is someone outside Shane's Vortex of Perpetual Wrongness.

Edit: it's kind of like when Nick made a big deal about Casey authenticating all of Ron's tweets. That puts them in the legal record as evidence on an unshakeable level. Contrarian thinks she did the same thing with the stories in the affidavits. There's no amount of explaining the legal system that will get through to her to explain why uninvolved parties don't treat her "accomplishment" like she does.

There are affidavits.

Nick talked about them the other day. He said that on the morning of Ron's deposition on June 27th, there was a hearing about the sworn affidavits that were submitted to Ty the night before. Ty wanted the option to release them to the public with the names redacted. Casey did not and they went before the judge who asked Casey if he wanted to put in a gag order. Casey said no, he just didn't want that information being made public. The judge said that if these people don't want it out there, then they can withdraw their statements and that they should hire their own legal representation to put in a gag order if that's what they want.

The Professional Contrarian began her campaign against Tekko that same day at 10:45 AM (Texas Time)
