In fact, I expect his mental dishonesty to have him unironically say Rittenhouse and Orange Man lied under oath, but somehow in his case his oath is beyond reproach.

I still feel, that if the appeal comes back in Vic's favor and it goes to trial, the next best thing for Vic would for Elliot Plank to take the stand, and the jury to be so repulsed by this XXXL dunning-Kruger liar.

First best thing would be if Manjawlo takes the stand.

"I've got messages from the night Vic Mignogna grabbed a woman without her consent." This I hear him brag about all the time but haven't seen. Usually with him it's something along the lines of "dude, trust me" or some form of deflection when it comes to anything he needs to present. What is certain is how much he gushes for Vic and his constant need of sexual healing and panties.

"Does karma need directions to the nearest strip mall 'anime convention' to find Vic?" Funny how everyone (VAs and others) has these kinds of things but it's only shameful for Vic. Better not let the women you simp for hear this or they might realize you're making fun of them too.

What's more, "I saw Vic Mignogna grab a woman" might be something that Emmett "Perjurer" Plant supposedly witnessed, but "without her consent" is inadmissible hearsay. And since the question of whether she consented is critical to whether it's even tangentially relevant, the whole statement should be thrown out as irrelevant and prejudicial.

It still amazes me that, in the midst of seemingly overwhelming support, and the dismissal of Vic's case, that the woman in question still has not made a statement. It's similar to Sara Bachmeyer, about whom Monica karen'd to HR about.
 
At this point the only people who actually believe the lies the people at Funimation tell are... the people at Funimation. Everyone else finds them completely uncredible.

Nope. He made that tweet AFTER the incident allegedly took place (as stated in the tumblr post, not the affidavit).

The real reason he's involving himself in this is purely for clout. He's nobody and nobody cares. Inserting himself into the Vic Mignogia controversy was the only real notoriety or attention he's gotten in several years.

Great job with the post. Very informative. The tweet about "luscious locks" a mere day after the alleged traumatic incident had me laughing.
