He also did Ethel and Ernest (which I watched, really good), and that short about an old couple living through a nuclear fallout, and dying from radiation poisoning afterwards.

Certainly worth a view.

I do think the main themes of Briggs' work has been Love and Loss. We see it in The Snowman, When The Wind Blows and Ethel and Ernest. Wish there was a Youtube copy but noticed this link. I suppose it's fine if anyone likes to check out Raymond's love letter to his parents.

Since 2015, most companies or celebrities have to virtue signal their hard left-wing ideologies just to act as if they a thing or two about politics. To this day, they still don't, and they're losing money.
 
You guys DO know that's not a pride rainbow right? It's cartoon networks new (albeit still idiotic) color scheme which happens to be a gradient effect using three colors. Cyan magenta and yellow otherwise known as the cym basis for the cymk color model.


Still, I guess seeing pride rainbows everywhere for so long has taken its toll on people.

Again, we've been seeing companies doing this kind of absolute garbage shit since 2015. I hope and pray this soulless garbage ends sooner than later.

What is a cartoon that only you remember - only you saw it when it was new, nobody else remembers it, and anyone you try to tell about it thinks you made it up?

(And happy 31st anniversary to the first three Nicktoons.)

The closest I get is ungoogleable cartoon (Russian, of course), with frogs and 4 frog armies making a patricular noise each as they attack a frog of other specie who pretends to be princess?
It is all no dialogue, unless you count a "Shh" noise as such.

Why are there so much frog cartoons.

I agree I'm tired too of Culture War.

I remmber Legends of Chema, I liked it. I remmber none of my friends did.

Does anyone else remmber Hot wheels battle force 5 sometimes I feel like I imagine that show but no it was real.

For me, it's the weird Eastern European shit I saw on Nickelodeon 40 years ago on the show Pinwheel. Here's one!
