No you would be suspended. Then HR would investigate and barring any extenuation circumstances, advise your manager to inform you your employment was terminated over the phone. You would then be terminated for a "code of conduct" violation. A zero tolerance policy that a litigation averse employer would make sure you got a copy of and had to sign off on a yearly basis. After your termination a memo would go out with your picture on it that says, "if you see this person on site call the police." The memo would include the make and model of your car and any relevant personal identifying characteristics.
On a yearly basis my employer makes one sign off on a code of conduct policy that is about an inch thick. and there's even a quiz that you have to pass with a score of 80% or higher. It ranges from stuff to don't be a Sargon to comical micro aggression, misgendering bullshit type stuff. Society is pretty nanny-ized and punishes non conforming behavior to a disproportionate degree. Thus one has to be measured in how one respond to averse situations.
One bad day can really fuck your shit up. When you are heated NEVER go with your first reaction and you take a step back and don't respond until you cool off. Whatever is going on. Whatever pisses you off. It's not worth giving someone else a blank check to fuck your life.
