Something Awful was the only forum I used for years so here's the deaths I remember (I am definitely forgetting some):
Users Who Were Murderers
*William Freund/forbbidenforum - extreme autist that came to TFR (the gun forum) for advice on what kind of buckshot would be best to defend his "puckins" on Halloween. Put on a cape and paintball mask then shotgunned a woman and her father before offing himself.
*Andrew Allred/Bomber166 - killed his ex-girlfriend and another guy. Currently on death row in Florida.
*
Kevin Underwood/mok - beat and suffocated a ten year-old girl, then sexually assaulted and mutilated her body to fulfill his cannibalism festish. On death row in Oklahoma and should be executed next year if we are lucky.
User Deaths Where the Forums Could Arguably Have Some Fault
*Thomas Malone III/ts12 - extremely obnoxious leftist poster who jumped off a bridge after being arrested for shoving a cop. Made so terminally left-tarded by posting on SA's politics boards that he thought he was going to be brutalized in prison and left a suicide note telling his friends to take gender studies courses.
*ThatDamnJew - One of the countless TCC (the drug use forum) posters to die, notable because he nodded off in his car on opiates/benzos and then cooked in the heat like a turkey. His wife appeared on the forum to ask for advice on how to commit insurance fraud for his death.
*SunburntAphid - Woman who was shooting truly staggering amounts of heroin. Even when she posted about her arm leaking yellow fluid, TCC posters told her that rehab was useless and that she should just take acid instead.
*Borky -
printergoon, widley mocked user who apparently committed suicide.
Other
*
Clayton Taylor Olney/Ty Peppar/Cumulus Clouds - Not an SA Goon, he was a Wikipedia user trolled by FYAD during the Wikipedia Vandalism Contest who
eventually killed himself after getting banned from Wikipedia. Definitely the type of death that would be blamed on Kiwi Farms.
*Kevin Dawes/Caro - mentally ill schizo poster and war tourist/wannabe medic in Libya and Syria. Other goons constantly tried to get him to take medication, but he always refused. Posted his home videos on Youtube during its wild west days, appeared to kill a guy with a Dragunov rifle in one of those videos. True extent of the mess he caused probably impossible to be accurately measured.
*Sean Smith/Vilerat - politics and debate forum mod killed by Hillary Clinton
*Richard Kyanka/Lowtax - Committed suicide after Kiwi Farms thread documenting his domestic abuse caused his gourmet cookie and benzo fund to evaporate.
