I've tried to make a habit of dealing with staff issues privately since Glaive's falling out a long time ago. The conversation went like this:
"don't do this" "they're an idiot tho" "yes but don't do this" "ok"

I hope that suffices
Good management, 'praise in public, criticize in private'.
 
I understand the need for mod anonymity when it comes to moderating posts, but not being able to contact someone specifically to talk to is an issue. I experienced this problem with a threadban I had issues with. Posting in TTS isn't helpful if your thread is never replied to, even after days/weeks of it being up and you following up on the thread itself.
 
This thread comes after two and a half hours of waiting because apparently this stupid. fucking. nigger. mistakenly believes I owe them a fucking thing and work on their schedule to make sure they're satisfied with their service.
