Stuff like innovations in agriculture and industry alongside a declining native population in developed countries make this a difficult question to answer for myself. Not to mention what can be considered the failed applications of his ideas, or the differences in cultures when it comes to the interaction between the wellbeing or growth of a population and the economy of a nation.

I don't think he was right, even for niggers. The only reason their populations go up is because in addition to food aid, we've dumped several Marshall Plans worth of all kinds of aid on that continent. I would bet that if we cut off all aid to that continent, their population growth would slow down just as much because they finally had to do something for themselves other than fuck as starvation.
