AI generated images rely on contextual information from web scrapers, and in recent history, "insurrection" has been used more online in regards to J6 than anything else. It makes sense.

As the title says do you think January 6th was an insurrection
By definition yes. Of course.

It was very obviously an insurrection and MAGAniggers need to nut up and claim it. I see them screech about how it isn't an insurrection every time it's brought up, but I never see them propose an alternative explanation for what it was.

Was it a protest? Against what? The changing of government? Alleged election fraud? Was it intended to change anything? Was it violent?

It was absolutely violent, as they used force to enter a secured area, so that's a given. It was obviously directed at the civilian government, so that criteria is met. The only thing the MAGA crew can contest is whether or not it was intended to interfere with the execution of law. Now this one is really interesting, because either they tell the truth and say that yes, they intended to interfere with the peaceful transition of authority under the Constitution of the United States, or they lie and say no, they are totally fine with the legality of Biden becoming president and were just acting like niggers because they were mad they lost.

If you ask google: Yes. It was the worst unarmed insurrection in history. Worse than the American Civil War, worse than Hitler's rise to power. In reality: It was a protest. When rightwingers protest it's called an insurrection and open rebellion. When Marxist faggot niggers riot and burn down cities, it's called a "mostly peaceful" protest and a "summer of love."

No. It was taxpayers walking through the building their taxes pay for. Supposedly called "Public Property"

This is the shit I'm talking about. What were you protesting? What were you trying to accomplish by using force to storm the Capitol?

I have watched the Greenwald debate with DesTiny and I am still conflicted. One one side, if it was, it was the most low-effort insurrection possible. On the other, I don't know enough to say where a protest/riot ends and an insurrection begins.

When I say I watched it, I mean the second one where it is just the two of them. I watched only a part of the other one before the entertainment value of Alex Jones became grating and it all felt like a waste of time

@A Cardboard Box Do you think Trump led the insurrection? Do you think any protest that turns violent is an insurrection?

Do you think Trump led the insurrection?
Absolutely not. Did his statements and implications of electoral impropriety help things? No. Was he solely responsible for the event? No. Most importantly, is the President of the United States, regardless of his politics, entitled to the freedoms granted to us by God and protected by the First Amendment? Absolutely. In my opinion, it would be un-American to attempt to hold Trump somehow accountable.

Do you think any protest that turns violent is an insurrection?
I would really have to judge each event individually. For me, the most important criteria are:
1. Use of force/violence
2. Directed at the government
3. To disrupt law

The George Floyd riots in Minneapolis were, in my opinion, an insurrection by the criteria I have set out. Same with the riots in Portland and Seattle. The hockey riots in Canada a few years back, or the riots in Brazil over 7-1 lmao were not insurrections.

if it was, it was the most low-effort insurrection possible.
Yes it was very obviously an organic event without prior planning. I genuinely think it was people intending to hold a peaceful protest in response to what they believed to be electoral impropriety, and for various reasons the crowd got amped up enough to escalate it into an insurrection.

Maybe in the most technical of terms.
If you use those interpretations and standards, there have been "insurrections" that were far more violent and destructive during the summer of love.
Saying Magaboomers improperly walking into a government building and some of them stealing and destroying shit is an insurrection, but antifags and niggers burning down police-stations is not is where the debate loses me.

Either have equal standards or stop bitching.

Youd think some niggers wouldve rifled through their desks and actually taken some sensitive documents

Most niggercattle insurrection I ever done seen full of glowfeds like glowlaska

Yeah I think this is the real problem. Saying J6 is an insurrection while all of the direct attacks on police stations and court houses were not is the issue. Both things can be (and in my opinion are) insurrections.

Youd think some niggers wouldve rifled through their desks and actually taken some sensitive documents
They did. The news covered one or two cases of it, but the issue is that most sensitive hard copies of documents aren't stored in the offices of congressmen, because all kinds of low level staffers and interns have access to the offices. The stuff that's actually sensitive is stored on encrypted drives on laptops that, when marked as stolen, instantly attempt to connect to broadband or wifi and ping the feds as soon as it is turned on. A few dudes got busted trying to sell congressional laptops to the Chinese and Russians this way.
