So @W person cow -- how does it feel now to be free of the scampaign?

Are you looking at getting involved with another candidate? I think you should, you're a hard worker and others would be lucky to have you on their team.

Unless you're taking some time for yourself now? I can imagine being basically a one-man campaign team for months has gotten exhausting.
 
Warren, are you doing ok? I’m sure you feel the need for a break after the past few days, which have undoubtedly been tough for you. Most people here like or at least don’t hate you. Drop us a line when you’re up for it.
 
Warren is taking a break... he sent me some messages in private though and wanted to let you know he feels like a new man! He even sent me a picture, and swears that he even looks and feels different now without the rose-tinted shades he once donned

I wish you luck in your future endeavors. The fact that you are questioning how progressive Brianna really is shows us that you're waking up. My recommendation? Go back to what you love doing, but keep pushing for REAL candidates. You seem like a nice guy, and you have the experience for going in the trenches for someone who's message resonates with you. Do that.
 
I'm convinced Warren was fired because he wanted to be paid at least minimum wage for his work. The conversation she had with him when he asked about the promised raise and she got angry and made up an excuse says it all.

Her new strategy will be exploiting "volunteers" for a week or two with the promise of full-time campaign positions. When that time comes, she'll make up an excuse to drop them. If you look at their FEC filings, they just aren't making enough in donations to hire full-time staffers. And she's made it clear that driving a $100k Porsche or fancy motorcycle around is far more important than paying a worker $10/hour.

No one called you those names from what I can see. Yellow was just pointing out that you and many other progressives get taken advantage of by people like Brianna Wu. Fake progressives who cash in from their political fame while using people like you as free labor.

She paid you like $2/hour for months while she bragged about her new $100k Porsche. When it was time for that promised raise, she kicked you to the curb. You're not a cuck or a soy boy, just a mark.

I was going to write something about how I thought maybe he was on the verge of having an epiphany. That he realised that mainstream politicians were for the most part well intentioned people working for the good of a broad constituency of people, while the narrow partisan causes he has generally championed are breeding grounds of bad actors and exploiters just like Wu.

I mean, I think most of us have this revelation in their teenage years, I remember vividly when I was 17 watching "anti-capitalist" thugs at a march I was on smash a McDonalds just because they could smash something and realising these were people I didn't want to be associated with. But hey, 40+ isn't too old to learn something new.

At least it wouldn't be if Warren would actually learn the lesson.... *sigh*

Also, what's up with him hamming up his "trolling"? He literally didn't realise we were talking about him until he came here and read his thread. His contact with his "trolls" has all been strictly voluntary....

EDIT: I didn't see his last post right above this one. He still likes brianna... oh well, baby steps in the right direction though

He'll be back. I bet it's some sort of test -- like the ol Huck Finn story where he sneaks into and watches his own funeral. Probably his world has been shook up a lot recently and he doesn't know where to place trust. Maybe hoping someone new tries to adopt him, and then eventually just gets back into the grove.

Maybe he'll even start a wacky Stephen Flynt thread, shitpost and earn his :autism::autism::autism: trophys! Nah, probably not. But I bet he'll at least drop in and say hello at some point.

Warren is loyal even when he realizes he got semi-fucked here. He's not a backstabber.

He's never going to join our fruity little shit on Brianna Wu club, but he's also not going to be enabling Wu either.

I'm just glad Wu has one less useful idiot, because there's no reason this guy should go through life as an idiot. It makes me feel good there are people who somehow get through this life still idealistic. In a sense, I envy Warren.
 
Okay, I'm featuring this but it warrants some explanation.

Brianna Wu had one volunteer their entire campaign: Warren Lynch. Warren Lynch believes he is vaguely related to Stephen Lynch, the incumbent Democrat holding the House of Rep. seat that Brianna is coveting and actively smearing. Stephen Lynch, in my opinion, is a very tolerable liberal democrat who has honorably served his area for decades without any political scandals. He's about as boring as a politician gets. That hasn't stopped Wu's 'scampaign' from labeling him a fringe element, anti-woman, and (gasp) pro-Trump. Warren has that weird CWC-Cole Smithey thing going on and is in it for seemingly personal reasons.

Warren, unlike Wu, has some balls left and joined the KF to defend thy maiden's honor, as well as to just talk about himself and his views. He does a mostly good job and exhibits the same kind of mild mannered enthusiasm he likely donated to Wu's campaign, completely free of charge. Despite some prying to finally get concrete confirmation that Wu is trans, Warren doesn't give up any information we don't already know and handles the situation pretty well.

Well surprise -- last Sunday, Warren informs us that he was fired from his volunteer position by Brianna Wu via text message. Wu is already trying to find a new slave to do the footwork of their scampaign for them.

Ugly inside and out.

He's a pretty cool guy. He wasn't able to be suckered into anything we'd have wanted. I liked the guy before he showed up, I still like him now that he's gone. I just wish we'd have been on the same side.
