I mean it depends on what you define as easy

The 2 current build of stormcast are

units of 9 railgun crossbow guys who you use command abilities to shoot twice

and

a new formation that allows you to pretty much charge 100 odd wounds of idiots into your opponent turn 1 and hold him there for 2-3 turns while you score objectives

Id say both are fairly easy to play if you know how AOS works

but if were talking starter armies where you just march your dudes at their dudes and have a fight in the middle. then no, stormcast is to bloated and has to many terrible warscrolls (half of their heroes are terrible, most of their units are terrible etc etc)

really id say the perfect starter army is ironjaws, every warscroll except the shaman is very good and the shaman is just ok.
I don't mean difficulty as in having to do with their in game mechanics, harlequins are the only faction in AoS are 40k I would be willing to bet are nuanced in that regard. I mean actually winning their games compared to their competition, which everywhere Ive seen has rated them middling.

Finally stopped procrastinating and started the bladeguard. 315.jpg

The only real finesse army in AoS imo is Kharadron Overlords. It's one of the more powerful armies right now, but it's a difficult army to get used to. There are lots of videos of people losing with them on MWG, despite their strength.

Straight Skaven Skryre is also pretty hard to play because they lack effective Battleline. They're sort of like playing Tzeentch Daemons, if Pink Horrors cost $15 apiece.

Fluff wise stormcast are more hero to space marine anti hero.
Ironically they are also the “aggressors” in AoS since they are actively trying to take back land lost to chaos. With Chaos being the ones besieged from all sides on the defense.

As much as I dislike Arch and his content, sucks to get fucked over like he did. He did say on the twitter that YouTube contacted him though.

I heard that his account got hacked by that russian group. You know, the ones who took over the Astartes channel too. Which is why he got contacted by Youtube to begin with.

I don't like Arch as a person but I liked to listen to his Warhammer lore videos. I hope someone uploads them again.

I doubt any have been archived. It’s not the sort of video people would keep a copy of. If Arch has any sense he’s kept copies on a hard drive.

I've definetly downloaded long ones audio to listen to like podcasts but I'm pretty sure I've deleted them all since
