My issue with the Decree is simply the logistics. Do they have allies who have some vague idea of of a super important mission they'll be called to one day, and when it happens they rock up to Terra with a Crusades worth of Chapters and auxilia? Do they just say "fuck it" and throw literally everything they've got all at once and hope they cause enough pure chaos and confusion that they can blitzkrieg the Palace solo? Idk man.
I'm finding the GK kinda dumb the more I dig into them. That's probably not helping.
Well remember, it's not necessarily just blitzkrieg the palace. If the emperor ascends to being a god, that means going into the warp, yanking him out of it, and then putting him back on the throne. All while fighting the custodes, sisters of silence, titans, any space marine chapters there, probably half of the inquisition, etc.

"Put grandpa back on his chair" is incredibly fucking retarded from every angle. There's a lot of shit within 40k that's hugely stupid, but this takes the cake.

so now your dudes gain xp(which leads to the whole uber-team problem that forces you to keep using the same dudes again and again and again).
Does the game not have low level missions for your underleveled characters to grow? Is it like Pokemon where you bring your best and have the weaker 'Mons in the party just so they get XP? Also lol they have XP now instead of just using Blackstone?
In the first game, I loved raising the alarm level to get more enemies, so I could gain more blackstone, here all I need to do is finish the objective and nothing more. There is no reason to actually fight the enemies!
Don't you get more "XP" from enemies (or at all)? So more enemies means more XP, right? Would be retarded otherwise since 99.9999999% of fucking games that have XP and enemies do this.
They turned one of the characters into a faggot. I'm not even joking. They took one of the magos from the first game and made him into a they-them.
On one hand, they're AdMech so transhumanism is their thing. On the other, it's highly unlikely they made them a "them" in good faith. And fuck it, they're still male and female in most other cases either way.
Also, lol a they/them in a faction that primarily speaks binary.
The game runs like ass. My pc can run Elden Ring without a single stutter, but this game only runs at 15~30 fps.
Vibe coding and its consequences...no matter how a game looks or how complex it is, it all depends on how well coded it is and if the person coding it is an Indian. Shitty coders are spiritually (and technologically) Indian.
The new soundtrack is kind of garbage. It is nowhere near as good as the original, but some of the tracks are good. The main track: Children of the Omnissiah II is horrendous. Also, they force you to buy a 3 dollars DLC to get the first game's soundtrack in the second game(which is greedy as fk). To make it worse, they fucked up the audio of the DLC, so it sounds nowhere near as good.
Not to mention, I hear they couldn't even port the first game's soundtrack correctly. Opening the playlist on YouTube is better than in-game from what you're telling me. And the second CotO sounds like someone is trying to sound like the first rather than the original composer making a second one.
There are lots of fucking game-breaking glitches. For example, some skills have explanations, others do not. So, at times, you'll be forced to buy a skill and use it to learn what it does.
Muh Early Acc-holy shit it's not even Early Access, guess they can't use that excuse nor can EA excusers.
They completely removed customization. You cannot create your own tech-priests, but are instead forced to play with a few special Tech-Priests, who each have their own skills to unlock.
I don't get this. This is pulling a [I forget which FPS did this] where you very clearly can make both past and new customization available for players but just couldn't be assed to do it. Or you purposefully didn't either out of spite, lack of assets (not the first time a company lost assets to their game), or some awful artistic vision.
The Necron campaign is undercooked and ass. It honestly feels like they had no idea what they were doing.
If it were up to me, I would have scrapped either the Mechanicus part and make a dedicated Necron game, or delay the Necron part until you fully complete it and release it as a free update down the line. Allows you to polish what's there and polish what will be.
Russian region is blocked fucking hours before launch.
They blocked the original game from Russian regions too, I bet you it was political. Nothing these days is not politically motivated.

No, they do not. And what's even more funnier, there's a bundle of first one and second one where base game and dlcs. I can buy dlc for mechanicus 2 but not the game itself

I don't know which effeminate lispy faggot decided to do that, but it just means that this game will be pirated in Russia and Belarus. Warhammer 40k is very popular here
