Fire Warrior for the most part is rescued not just by being a W40k game, but a W40k game that accurately depicted bolters. The game could have been made better in so many ways (MP bot support, more MP maps, could swap out both weapons, mp mandatory gun not be the autogun) but for its time it was kind of forgivable because it predated Dawn of War.

Ooh, Chaos Gate: Daemonhunters is one of the worst offenders, by turning Grey Knights into bitches against REGULAR CHAOS CULTISTS, not daemons or Death Guard, but regular fucking cultists.
