I've been playing some Tanks: the Modern Age lately. If you play Team Yankee or Flames of War, Battlefront is behind this one too. Real quick, real fun. You can get a game done in about 30 minutes or so.

What've ya'll been playing?

I half-heartedly collect Heroclix, which isn't a great game and they rarely release sets that I like.

I've been playing X-Wing TMG since it came out, and I still quite enjoy it.

Speaking of miniatures games, I've been seriously intrigued by the Batman Miniatures Game by Knight Models. It has a solid ruleset and some models that really appeal to me, like

Oh my god is that for real the Batman Peturns penguin? With missile penguins? ...where's the organ grinder with the minigun?

No Red Triangle Gang, but to make up for it, one of the penguin commandos has a minigun mounted on its back.

Battlefleet Gothic was my love back in the day, so of course GW dropped it like it was on fire. More recently I've been using Star Wars Armada as my substitute for big shooty ships on a table, it has a fair amount of good things going for it and the models are sturdy and painted pretty well.
