Fat People Hate seem to be full of anorexics and self loathing fats which makes that board hilarious. I usually avoid it because admittedly some of that shit is hurtful but I am trying to learn to just look at them as a bunch of lolcows. /powerlevel

The reason they were banned from Reddit was because they went out of their way to threaten and dox fat activists or anyone that was fat online. So they went to Voat and I assume they still do the same thing.

That sub went out of its way to keep it in house because the rest of the site was itching to axe it. It was deleted along with the rest of the highly offensive subs (coontown, etc) when reddit moved to better monetize itself by becoming more friendly for corporate ads.

Oh ok, that's interesting. I just only read that they were kicked out because of doxing and harrassing fat activists. I didn't hear about that other reason. I still hate the site though but eh... I can just ignore it.
 
i tend to avoid fatpeoplehate, but some of the content they post is funny as fuck, its their annoying sperging and obnoxious viewpoints that ruin it.

Same. They occasionally post some funny stuff and their horror stories about the super morbidly obese are entertaining to read, but the commenters are annoying as shit. It's like r/fatlogic but with more pretentiousness and autism.

Their zealotry ruins it. Theyre strongly 'ewww feminists' and circlejerky and will ban you if your reaction is anything other than extreme overreaction vitriol, because that's 'sympathy'. Not indifference, or anything. Lurking is fine, some people there post neat shit, but it's too try hard.

There's a reason I never used this place. I think I may have signed up for an account but trying to search it brings up nothing. This site's userbase is shittier than reddit and the interface is kinda garbo too since I couldn't even find a fucking searchbar.

No you can send in a photo of yourself, you dont have to outright doxyourself but if youre holding a postcard with your username or do the chanwhore thing of writing on yourself--and they will 'verify' you as being thin enough/not fat/hot/whatever and this grants you leeway with them so they dont just ban you for whatever. It's also surprisingly majority women there, something like 60-70%.
 
I remember when FPH moved to Voat they caused the servers to crash. Poor Voat just wasn't ready for those numbers apparently.

yea it took me like two days to find the search bar. you click on subscriptions in the top left corner, then click discover. it should be somewhere at the top of the page i think.

we laugh at fat people all the time on the kiwi farms, but the difference is that we are laughing at them solely because they have a disease. we are laughing because the shit they are doing is funny as fuck regardless of it they were fat or not. the people on voat will just mock and dehumanize people just because of their weight. like yea that boogie guy is nasty as fuck but kudos to him for attempting to loose weight.
