I presume you mean Becky - there's no reason why AL would need insurance, is there? (I'm not from the US so things are different.)

Also, why would Becks pay high premiums? Its not a fast or expensive car, she's been driving for years - she's over all the hills that hike insurance here but again, I dunno your rules.

Finally, do you guys not have seatbelt laws fir the back seats too? Someone speculated she's been told to ride in the back but here that'd make no difference, everyone in any car needs to have a seatbelt on regardless of position. Different there, or...?

The owner of the car needs to insure said car. It gets a bit murky but the car it self needs insurance. Apparently this is now a law all over, for a while it was by state. Couldn't be bothered to look up Kentucky for it.

Yes, we also have seatbelt laws, and the driver is the one fined if passengers have no seatbelt on. In Hamber's case I really have no idea how this would even fucking work.

Hamber and Becky would pay high premiums because of a shit vehicle, horrible as in basically non existence record of income. They are considered a high risk because these are the type of people who might fucking trash a car, and skip town to try and dodge paying. Then the insurance ends up paying out of pocket for their fuck up. They've got low credit scores, a non existent work history, and drive a car that likely isn't in good condition when purchased.

I'm just theorizing based off what I pay and my peers pay in various situations. I candidly pay lower then most of them, but drive the 'Sports Car'. It's because they own horrible shitty heavily used cars and have problems proving reliability in the past.

Some states in the US don't require backseat passengers above a certain age to wear seatbelts, Kentucky requires all passengers to wear a seatbelt. Some states require the driver to have been pulled over for a separate infraction to issue a seatbelt ticket i.e. you can't be pulled over just for a seatbelt violation, Kentucky is not one of those states http://www.ncsl.org/research/health/state-seat-belt-laws.aspx

It is, however, less likely they will be pulled over for a seatbelt violation with Haramber in the backseat because the backseat of their car does not appear to have shoulder straps, and I assume the average police officer would avert their gaze in horror upon seeing Haramber rather than glance down to try to ascertain the beltedness of her lap :cryblood:

Lol they claim someone rammed the car because of the pride sticker. Yes, someone deliberately put themself at fault in an expensive auto accident and risked vehicular assault and hate crime charges because they didn't like your bumper sticker. If it happened at all it's because Becky is a sped who can't drive. It's kinda like how the men who stare at Amber in public are doing it because she's sexy. Definitely not because she weighs more than several species of whale. It must be hard being so attractive and opressed!

I didn't realise the owner of a car had to insure it (thanks for the info guys) - assumed it was the driver. That means Becky has put herself in an even more precarious position, cos if Big AL does become immobile and Becky wants out, it could be construed as a carer's arrangement.

Not that I have much hope any more of Becky waking up. Either she's so stupid she doesn't see a life of "BAYBEE! I WENT TO THE BATHROOM, YOU NEED TO CHANGE MY PADS. AND BRING A BIG MAC OR TEN" being screeched in that drill of a voice, or she's ok with it. And, as we saw from James K on MSHPL, they can go on bellowing "owuh muh layurgs" for decades once safely squelched down in the splits position in bed. He's had a heart attack, cellulitis, kidney failure, pulled his kid out of school to clean up after him, let his father remortgage his house, made his wife sleep on the floor....and he's still motoring on, fatting up a storm.
 
I'm pretty sure this car wreck business is a bunch of bs and Amberlynn is just too fat now to fit in the front seat, but something else occured to me. You know that bruise Amberlynn says she was getting from the seat belt rubbing her rolls? It could have developed into an open sore and it's now too painful for her to ride in the front seat.

Also, I wonder if the "hate crime" idea came from Eric. It seems like a dumb idea he would come up with.

Yup. She also claimed she has slipped disc. Slip disc is fucking painful and more so if you weight 550lbs. Infact losing weight is one of suggested methods to control slip disc.
I just think she had back pain ,googled it and came to the conclusion that she has slip disc without any CT scan or MRI scan or even a doctor appointment.

I also don't think she suffers from depression. She doesn't act like a few depressed people I know irl. She just googles stuff and diagnose herself for views and pity
 
Did anyone else hear her say she “doesn’t like drinking out of plastic cups”? Towards the end when she was drinking the Sprite Zero. Because if she doesn’t like drinking out of plastic cups then wtf are all those cups she buys for? (I know, I know, for her hoard and crap). But holy shit. She was trolling hardcore today. Her backseat vlog with the side door visible in the mirror, the thumbnail, Necks ranting and raving like a looney tune, her car getting gay bashed... and her not liking to drink out of plastic cups. :story::story::story:
