Vladimir Zhirinovsky is a colonel in the Russian military who in 1991 founded the Liberal Democratic Party of Russa (ЛДПР). The LDPR claims to be a centrist party but is actually an extreme right party which wants to restore the Russian Empire.

He has a problem with avian illegal immigrants

He recently tried to persuade Putin to nuke Istanbul for the shot down fighter jet

He ordered his lackeys to rape a pregnant journalist once

And he claimed that the meteor that hit russia a few years ago was really an american missile

IIRC, he's also the same guy who keeps claiming that in the next five years the USA will break up like the old USSR, but five years keeps passing and nothing happens. Like those people who claim the end of the world is nigh and keep getting the date wrong year after year
