The delusions are a major part of the appeal of chaos head, I would not make a habit of skipping them. Then again, its not like I finished the game either. I got so tired of things starting to happen, then takumi rejecting the call to action and spinning his wheels for the rest of the chapter. Also I really dont like the art style and the weapons, I just dont think they compliment the brooding mystery tone the start promised. Basically, I wish the entire game had had the vibe of the title screen.

Sakuuta should be releasing soon, and I think DMM/ Shiravune is going to release the demo for it next week.

I am currently in the process of reading Chaos;Head Noah and holy shit, this is some great schizo kino. The MC is a pathetic and reprehensible moron that deserves all the bullying he thinks he's getting, but I can't really complain since I think that was the whole point.
Takumi is one of my favorite VN protagonists, he has some traits that are relatable or that you can empathize with once you strip away the Denpa. He is a fucking shitshow and a half as a person. Reading Chaos Head Noah after waiting for it after a decade was a very good experience.

Chaos:Head would be my favourite VN if it didn't just devolve into Shonen slop. The schizo mystery first half is incredible and made the second half feel like pure slop, but then again it must be difficult to try successfully wrap up a mystery like this without it feeling dumb.
