Joel trying to contain his laughter which also sounds like someone lightly sobbing trying to not reveal their location to an intruder is what makes that clip for me.

The best revenge on shitty people is a having a well-lived life. Also, I bet Vinny now knows who his real freinds are. All in all a win win. Messy, but a net positive.

Mizalie is MizalieRay/Raybrandt/Gothevoir, known to certain oldfags on streaming sites like what vinesauce was pre-twitch as not that good of a person, and a major annoyance on lesser occasions. The only good thing that happened with GPM is he latched on like a parasite in his own containment zone, and basically helped keep him funded.

They had some good moments like hosting a VGCW watching stream site, but they got banned from vinesauce as a whole when chatango logs got to vinny/mods about being angry about vin and the community, Logs are in the spoiler. Keep in mind this was 2013-2014 so he may have changed a fair amount since then but probably not by much, french canadians are odd beings.

I agree, I think Vinny will come out of this better. I think having a healthier life balance with a lessened streaming schedule will ultimately do him good and as you said this whole situation really showed who his friends were. I do miss having the streams in the evenings though and I hope that will come back sooner than later but at least for now we have this to keep us until then.

Except he basically gave them exactly what they wanted. Red Bard, Brody and others must be poppin bottles on Discord tonight. They achieved what they set out to do and received zero damage to their reputations. Vinny won't stream again.
 
Everyone gets what they wanted, even the conspirators but maybe they will forget Vinny and move onto other disgusting things that they take part in, with this forced time off we know Vinny is fixing up things he outright said he neglected for long time due to his now retired streaming schedule so its simply a standby situation but since we are the true fans we can outlast the people who genuinely hated Vinny with all there worthless fibers in there beings and be there the time he truly maybe returns for regular streams and surely by that time this will be all be permanent buried when Vinny beans his computer and probably be back to a normal stream schedule when that time comes.
 
Nope. They wanted an apology from Vin. and they'll get that when hell freezes over. They wanted Vin to lose supporters, the whole community had his back to the point that it overwhelmed him. They wanted his friends to know that he talked shit about them, they didnt care - took his side immediately and no doubt are more closer than they were before. The support group he has is amazing and he's a luck guy.

He's doing good. Still plans on doing lets plays of the games he wants and is enjoying his life outside of the internet. His friend Jeff (vidyabum) mentioned that he hung out with Vin today. They had pizza and looked for Pokemon cards.

I noticed a few hours ago he added more highlights to his twitch channel. I'm sure he will make a return to streaming at some point but he's not ready yet. He needs time. People have to remember it hasnt even been a month since the allegations happened.
 
I'm sure Vinny won't stop streaming completely and he'll eventually return, but he isn't going to be streaming as often.

Mate, GeePM had so much damage done to him that he purged his all his social media accounts, he stopped streaming forever and his husband left him. As for RedBard, Brody and the other cockroaches involved with this, I think this event will taint them more than Vinny in the long run and may even lead to the dreaded "this you?" tweet being sent at them in the future.

Then again maybe nothing will happen to the influencers involved with this, but take comfort in the fact that this backfired on GeePM so hard that he left the internet a bachelor.
 
I wonder if Brody will get banned from conventions for his pestering and potential involvement? He was already not well liked among content creators before this went down.

Considering that Justin Silverman is his mentor from Screenwave Media (the same partnership program Vinny is on for Youtube), I doubt he’d be kicked from Too Many Games: the Screenwave-owned convention that the Vinesauce crew goes to every summer.

Speaking of, this also raises a point of whether Vin would feel comfortable going to conventions in the near future, or at least limiting his presence there to going one day or something. I wonder how accommodating the Screenwave crew would be for him during Too Many Games/PAX East + the Screenwave after party if they’re aware of 8BitBrody’s alleged involvement in all of this. Of course this is all hypothetically speaking, but it does make me curious about what will be the new norm for Vin going forward during these conventions, and for the fans that want to meet him and have him sign capussi on their Red Vox vinyls.

Calzone man feels down and needs some time to slack off, and you're already going "Depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts" apeshit. Hell, some people made an assumption that "creeperinos" thing is legitimate, and vin's doing it just as awkward way of flirting.

Some of you definetly need to go out and get some capussi for yourselves. If that didn't lead to our italian man's commiting pineapple pizza, then you could legit say that "Can't MOSSAD the BINYASSAD".

While I agree that if Vinny says he's doing "good" we should all take his word for it and be glad for him, the guy does have a history of literal clinical depression and anxiety, by his own words. So naturally a lot of people feel a greater sense of care in that regard.

I think his anxieties are probably both his greatest curse (it's why he's been so insular and reserved) but also a blessing in that they're probably what's kept him drama-free for a decade. He's deathly cautious about forming parasocial relationships with fans, revealing personal life details and saying anything controversial to the point where there's a huge oppressive filter on what he actually can express online. His accusers knew this and went straight for the jugular.

On all counts, Vin is certainly lucky to have had such a long career before the inevitable controversy. There are very few others so fortunate.

I'm in the camp that foresee irregular streams in the distant future, just whenever he actually wants to stream something, once he's comfortable again. I doubt Vin would retire from streaming entirely, he owes a lot to it. Vinesauce is what helped him out of a dead-end, painstaking job, helped him move into a better house, meet several long-term friends and propagate his music. Plus, he does genuinely enjoy playing video games & offering commentary, shallow as it may be.

I wager he'll be back in time for the charity stream because he seems to believe in the cause, besides, chat was somewhat more moderated due to the PCRF connection. However, he probably won't stream for Vinesauce's anniversary. We can expect pre-recorded videos then.

I only hope that, for the love of God, people stop drawing creepy art of Vinny on the buroo. He hates it, most of his sane viewers find it uncomfortable and it's just all around fucking weird.

Wrong. What they wanted was him to lose everything. Instead GPM lost everything. Nobody won, but Vinny didn't lose.

On a separate topic: I also do think that the Booru is also gonna go away at some point, or be spun off into a site not directly related to Vinesauce. Since the accusers were/are active there, I can see Vinny wanting to reduce any further links that could foment parasocial behavior.
