Like maybe this has been something a few years in the making?

Personally, I don't think Charon would be accessing any of Vinny's things especially as important as his email. He's generally SUPER conscious of what people can and will do with his community and has any and all moderation work in a sorta pyramid effect.
You have the top person and then they handle it out to the people below them and then they handle it below them. The only time that it doesn't happen is when it's more personal-related matters/friend discussion. This generally helps prevent internal issues, however, you may have noticed that just a few weeks ago they changed the contact email to an actual Form Document you fill out to submit suggestions, ideas, and feedback.

This may or may not be because of these emails existing in there for real and Vinny being secure of being the only one keeping access to it until they had an actual proper form made.

Why yes indeed. Most of them are immigrants from the later era after Cumia left and the reddit admins banning the original O&A subreddit. The rest of the original pests are all boomers now who moved on to better things. This is just a taste of the things Vinny found funny and was a fan of back in the day

Fair enough. That makes sense, I for some dumbass reason just assumed all mods/vetting team had access to the emails and took it in turns etc but the whole pyramid thing makes more sense lol,

And i didn't see they'd changed the contact form on the website, but like you said it could have been requested by Vinny etc

Either I'm getting schizophenia or did the 'about' section on the Vinesauce Twitch page change from having an email to having a link to that contact page in the past few days? I remember checking out the Vinesauce Twitch channel right as this drama was kicking off and I swear it was just a link to an email.

Not that this is important to anything, I'm just curious.

I don't remember if the contact page always had all those disclaimers on it, but if it did then I assume it's to make the Twitch-only people read the disclaimers instead of just emailing him whatever.

I don't see why the lawyer would suggest that. Having a contact form like this is just as likely to go to vinny as a contact email is. Honestly a contact form is less abusable by spam robots anyway, so there are plenty of pragmatic reasons that could have been part of this as well. I think a lot of the most frustrating part of this, especially as an admitted long-time fan of vinesauce is that we will probably NEVER know the background to this, which is why I get why there are people who are still trying to figure out who dun it even though at this point it doesn't even matter.

Having watched Vinesauce for 10 years, I know everybody says 'YoU DoN'T KnOw wHo ThEy ArE iN ReAl LiFe' but when you watch them for like 4 hours pretty much every day then you're bound to get to know them eventually, you can't keep a facade up for that long without having it slip especially if all your internet stuff is in livestreams and not carefully curated pre-recorded videos.

I've come to my own conclusions about what's happened and it would be cool to know if I was right or wrong just to be like 'hell yeah i figured it out' but yeah, when it comes down to it, it doesn't matter and Vinny deserves his privacy.

Yeah i get you, it's more or less been confirmed that:
Vinny sexts/fucks/ed fans,
Its been blown WAY out of proportion,
(Mostly) confirmed who started it etc, (which big fucking deal its not our place to know)

Its pretty much turned into a spergy witch-hunt by simpyots because: "pastaman cant sex! He pizzajabroni he NEVER sex (pants on head retarded.jpg)"

Even people likr Dem and Vidya have said (paraphrasing):yeah its true(vinny is a sexually active man) and dont put people you look up to on fucking diamond pedestals, humans are humans

I don't get why anyone would think Pizzapasta wouldn't be sexually active. He's a human. What's wrong with fuckin' consensual adults who want to do it? I don't think any LESS of funny meme man for having sex. I have sex, why shouldn't he? He's way fuckin' cooler than I am, at least on a scale of internet thot desirability.

in all honestly i thought vinny batted for same team, hence why he was so silent about its personal life (not like that actually fucking matters anymore, its 2021 if you're a homophobe fuck right the fuck off)

honestly i have never played splatoon, even though everyone tells me it's a great game for the switch, and I own a damn pro controller. Nerrel spergs about how great the gyro aiming is too, but I just don't have any interest in it. Also, my point was more if some literally who like me can occasionally get bussy, why can't vinny have consensual relationships with people?

I know just busting your balls, The game is actually pretty good. I'd recommend Splat 2 just for the DLC and Story.
