Probably not, generally when you're dealing with slander and libel, or really ANY kind of legal trouble, your lawyer tells you to shut the fuck up outside of court or legal consultations, as anything you say can and will be used against you by the opposite side in court. This is probably why he didn't definitively deny the accusations in his statement when he went live on Sunday, hence all he stated was "I'm seeing a lawyer, please don't stir the pot more and leave everyone alone while I handle this" (paraphrased).

I don't think there is any. He seems to have a personal beef with Vinny so he might have been recruited by Fat Bard, and he's most likely the undisclosed friend that convinced his buddies Mandalore and Shammy to get involved as well.

Null takes care of archiving the whole site in his private servers with other backups, and he's been sued for DMCA and other bullshit for so long literally on a daily basis that he's practically got a hang on how to dismiss every single one of them and counter legal action, needless to say this thread is not going anywhere any time soon

They needed a woman there to listen to the victims and reinforce it. otherwise it would be a fucking sausage fest trying to 'support the poor victims' and that would have been a dead giveaway. Brody is an orbiter loser that tries to be friends with everyone and they probably tolerate him at arms length, idk if he is the mastermind, but he was probably there for the connections, RetchBard was there to put a feminine touch on the whole thing and actually get more than 1 "victim" to talk to them.

8BitBrody, who I subbed to specifically because RedBard and Mandalore give him pity shoutouts, is quite seriously a DESPERATE individual who wants so badly to have the audience someone like Vinny has. Don't even bother with him he's the definition of a clout chaser.

No, because he hates his private life being made public. Dollars to donuts he wants this shit to go away as quickly as possible while saying as little as possible, and only then will he think about coming back to stream.
 
Court documents are typically public information unless one side wants them redacted. Considering how anti-drama Vinny tries to keep Vinesauce, I think he'd agree to have the records sealed though. I think he just wants his personal life off the damn internet at this point.

RE Vinny an heroing: The thought of him going down the Kurt Cobain route has crossed my mind long before this. Vinny obviously has a great amount of respect for Cobain's talent (rightfully so) and that admiration turning into wanting to emulate Cobain isn't that far out there. A lot of musicians have immortalized themselves by dying young. I know far more about Vinny's personal life than I should because of this, but I hope he gets whatever help he needs if he needs it.

I want to add to this that perhaps early Vinny would be jaded and alone enough to pull the trigger, but current Vinny has a lot of friends from all sorts of backgrounds and all of them support him without fail, every once in a while when he gets feelsy he would comment on how he's working on being a better friend for the people that are there for him, he has genuine support and real friends that actively seek to help him, he'll be fine
