What I'm saying is that you get a sense of a person's priorities whether thru a public stream or a private convo. People are very cautious to trust content ppl because very often we see these big, melodramatic callouts happen that destroy entire careers and I honestly feel like only 1% of these stories were ever full on "abuses of power" when you consider that most popular streamers were and continue to be regular middle class people who are subject to their own spontaneities and mistakes. If a girl approaches someone like Vinny with interest but happens to have found him thru streaming, why is this considered an abuse of power? We're all people, and we're all looking for love from others so to say that a person is deserving of consequences for, god forbid, seeking intimacy, then what are streamers "allowed" to do in the public eye? At a certain point, being a fan could just mean "oh i know this guy is famous". To me, that's not fair at all. This is an extremely damaging and dangerous mindset that people have.
Your hero, celebrity, idol - whatever - is a human. Like it or not I can virtually guarantee everyone has similar urges, some just don't like to make that shit public.
It's fucked up that if you don't post about your fetishes somewhere on the internet nowadays it's assumed you don't have any sexual urges.
