Still pretty suspect that she's claiming victimhood from something from years back but up until now has gladly continued to still make art. Really makes me think.
 
Selling lewd cosplay photos of yourself really doesn't match that you felt uncomfortable sending nudes to a creeperino. Especially when your own email logs don't show him being particularly pushy.

lichpit has been on the radar as the person accuser #4 was trying to "warn," she's been trying to get her info out of the document for almost 2 days now and has had no luck getting in touch with the document organizers. I decided to look into @hi-yeena and any involvement she may have... she's been mentioned here by the old sus oinkma dude, tweeted at by Vinny in 2016, and used to post to the booru. lichpit's tweets, yeena's tweets and past involvement with the community that seemed to die out in 2016/17, as well as oinkma's claims (though his messages were shaky) give reason to believe hi_yeena is involved with or knows those who made the VS_Experiences document.

Not sure if attention was brought to it here, there was some info attached to the original VS_Experiences callout document. It was also confirmed in RedBard's latest response here.

Prescott Lemoine seems to be the owner of the document, or at the very least have editing capabilities. This honestly could be a fake name, but two interesting things come up when googling.
  1. A Law Firm in Maine specializing in Mental Health, Divorce, Domestic Relations Law and Custody Cases.
  2. The infamous Vic Mignogna case. Accuser Monica Rial's Lawyer's last name is Lemoine. J Sean Lemoine.
If a lawyer got within 10 ft. of that document and thought it was wise to post... I would be baffled. The name is fairly common too. But the fact that an anti-SLAPP lawyer shares a name with the person editing the document, and was also connected to a high-profile e-celeb case feels... odd.

Could be info purposefully meant to mislead, or even scare Vinny. Something seems fishy here though.

On another note, Red Bard doubling down and getting shit on in QRTs is the only funny thing to come out of this so far.

Going to say yes, as someone who does art it's very hard to emulate a person's certain paint style very well. With Photoshop painting, people will use the same methods AND also use the same brushes.

Possibly the same drybrush texture, but idk. I think the liner is more obvious.

Another thing is the angle of the strokes. Because artists really define a certain style over time they often have a certain lean and lining strokes are usually the same average angle,

I think the artist might be right handed. This is because when a leftie likes going "north-west" \ while right handed people like going "north-right" / because of how we hold the brush. You can see this on the Weed Hat and on the Orange Hair. This is all just ART THEORY though and more examples might be needed. Color-wise they seem to be using a light dirty blue background, With the Vinny --- I mean V-dub -- portrait, he's clearly been painted over from a screenshot and color picked.

Don't take this as proof but it's more possible evidence.
