If you look on Twitter, they're suspected of being ProudNugget444, who has a history with Sgtfgt/Ushimama/Jemma. They roped their name in with a whole thread about a Skype conversation they had. IIRC, they or Sgtfgt transcribed the entire Skype call, and claimed Sgtfgt was 14 at the time. Ushimama phoned in saying they have no idea who that person is, and after a bit of back-and-forth quote-reteweeting, they realized who ProudNugget444 was and ousted them. That is Capacoli.

In turn, one of Vinny's old YouTube vids has an end card telling people to send their hate mail to capacoli@gmail.com.

Currently, ProudNugget444's account is locked.

I think it’s been mentioned by someone else on the thread and Vinny himself at some point that he has a lawyer friend or two on Staten Island, but I could be misremembering. Even if that’s not the case, he has enough $ to get a hold of a good lawyer if shit actually hit the fan with super damning evidence against him, but right now the only thing that’s considered criminal in his case would be if he had knowingly given his side chicks HPV without disclosing that he could possibly be a carrier due to a previous hookup. Even though it’s a very common STI, it’s still an STI that can’t be cured depending on the type of HPV strain, and *that* could be an issue.

One thing everyone should know about HPV is that it can sometimes lay dormant in your system and not do anything for decades, or may never even do anything. It increases the risk of cancer regardless of if the host is male or female, but females in general get cancer higher from it. There's a ton of plausible deniability when it comes to HPV, and for whatever reason people don't vaccinate against it. So even if vinny has HPV, he's probably not going to get in any trouble for it.

Also for fucks sake, get your HPV vaccine. It's 3 shots and it will prevent cancer in the future. Also wear a condom, retards. And don't fuck your fans

Capicoli and Joowz have been a vinesauce scapegoat/bogeyman for 8 or 9 years now, and haven't been relevant been relevant for at least 7 of them. Capicoli hasn't had an online presence at all since 2015, and the Joowz domain expired ages ago. I can say with pretty absolute certainty that he is not still pursuing a /v/ slapfight from nearly a decade ago.

I don't know how many people here believe in the "fake news" stuff, but it's definitely a topic I don't subscribe to, and REALLY don't want to touch at all.

It's done as a joke/outrage bait for anybody who reads the articles. The entire Articles and News section is basically that, just ragebait selectively picked for people to get mad about and argue. Avoid those threads.

Also Capicoli is definitely a dude, and she refers to ProudNugget as "her."

I think everyone here believes, without a shadow of a doubt, that Mandalore has been nothing but a useful idiot in the grand scheme of things. If he were smarter, he would have put more thought into retweeting the accusations. It definitely gives me pause to consider watching his next video. All of other stuff sounds heinous, but nothing I knew about.

Edit to Add: Joowz was another /v/-based streaming team in 2012 or so, Capicoli is one of the streamers from the team. They had a feud over some petty shit, and Capicoli would occasionally call Vinny mean names on his stream. This is pretty much the extent of their interactions (besides Vinny putting in a subtitle saying "send all hatemail to capicoli@gmail.com" after he says retard in the "Why I Hate Geese" video), but Capicoli somehow still gets fingered for vinesauce related drama to this day.

When the SgtFgt logs got posted on /v/ all the time, people would accuse Capicoli of being the one posting them. I think it's another case of him just being a scapegoat, but I can see how the wires would get crossed.

Yeah, I had to go back to look at the posts in question, and I don't think Sgt ever says the person who faked the logs was a girl. This is the post where she talks about it:

Funny seeing all these names being dropped and the person who caused all this hasn't been brought up once, kinda annoys me how they got off Scot free but at the same time I'd never do what they did to me. The person who made those logs was closer friends with vinny than with me and had been in the community since 2011, probably why they were able to make a pretty convincing rp, as I said, I only spoke to them a few times. This person was a wannabe mod but they never were promoted so i guess they lost their shit. Was great to wake up on that day and have my Skype blowing up.

She DOES say the person who faked the logs (or at least, who she thinks faked the logs) between her and Vinny was a friend of Vinny's, which doesn't really describe Capicoli.
