He probably wants just some legal advice, maybe to gather some evidence.
But looks like he wouldn't needing any of that.

A lot of his wording seemed to be "I have to be vague" type legal-speak, and also stating he's going to "continue talking to a lawyer". I'd assume he's seeking something. Maybe not a lawsuit, but something like a restraining order. Or just weighing his options.

I think it’s been mentioned by someone else on the thread and Vinny himself at some point that he has a lawyer friend or two on Staten Island, but I could be misremembering. Even if that’s not the case, he has enough $ to get a hold of a good lawyer if shit actually hit the fan with super damning evidence against him, but right now the only thing that’s considered criminal in his case would be if he had knowingly given his side chicks HPV without disclosing that he could possibly be a carrier due to a previous hookup. Even though it’s a very common STI, it’s still an STI that can’t be cured depending on the type of HPV strain, and *that* could be an issue.
 
The lawyer thing is very likely just for advice on what to say and how to move forward. If he is seeking anything regarding defamation, those types of suits are incredibly difficult to prove, and he would probably get nowhere with it anyway. Restraining order is possible but unlikely. I really would think it's just "how do I best CYA" but less in the "I'm guilty" sense and more in the "I'd like to minimize further damage" sense.
 
I don't think any of the other vinesauce members are going to make any big statements about it.
Vinny said he just wants privacy and the other members are probably too busy with their own shit.

I'd assume anyone close to Vinny is going to stay quiet in order to give him privacy and not add fuel to the fire. It's a reasonable thing to expect.

I'm sure there's not going to be any information on what Vinny is gonna do regarding the lawyer or how this is going to proceed, because only retards divulge legal sensitive stuff as its happening. That shit needs to be kept private until it resolves for safety. then again he modded Charonian so its not like he hasn't done retarded shit before

He is definitely a creep. I, as well as a few other girls back in the early days got hit on by him via Skype and didn’t ask how old we were. I might have mentioned this waaaay back in the early pages of the thread, but he’d ask about sex positions and things we’ve done with boys after learning what we looked like right off the bat. Luckily Fred is irrelevant enough to not have a fiasco like this situation unfold.

Yeah if anything i would be more inclined to believe the accusations if they where about Fred rather than Vinny
