I too love Vinny "the Vine" Vinesauce and am very skeptical about this half-assed cancel attempt, but don't you find it weird how everything in it looks like a total and undeniable truth? Especially that spaghetti-ass audio log with half of the conversation explicitly cut out and the rest barely making sense sentence structure-wise. Trust me, I have some experience splicing and deepfaking audios and it's TOTALLY not what it looks like!
Of course, he did not do anything wrong, but doesn't he still totally deserve what is happening to him just because he had sex with all those women and not me? Haha, anyway, those emails sent while Vinny was in the middle of a stream? Totally hate to admit it, but they look pretty real to me! How do I know? I think he might play it safe for a bit. Which sucks because his risque jokes are funny and he will have to spend more time being careful of his jokes.
 
I think Mandalore didn't read the doc before his first retweet and went with his "friend" version.
Maybe I'm bias but I think his apology wasn't that bad, unlike GeePMs.
Mandy talked about the issue, why he did that and what he did wrong.
GeePM immediately jumped to his story about how he was kicked out to damage control.

As someone who has followed him for a while and actually likes his videos it's very obvious what kind of guy he is.
Half the people he associates with are either troons or sjw-types. I have no idea why Sseth associates with him at all.

Kind of weird that he is into W40k at all.

is it really that weird? his old videos before he took them down (including the ones he claims got taken down) screamed that he browsed /v/ nonstop during 4chans explosive growth during 2007-2011 which also coincides with when the 40k memes really started taking off before it turned into unironic muh emperor trash. really the whole unironic muh emperor thing started much later
 
You guys look at this Mandalore stuff and assume he was doing this intentionally because he got a brain blast and decided to screw over Vinny. But it's very likely that Mandalore didn't read the document, and if he did. Probably doesn't know Vinny that well and assumed it was real.
The only thing Mandalore is guilty of is being a moron who doesn't double check shit, and why would he. It's easier to mindlessly retweet something then actually do any research or risk getting yourself in trouble with "friends" because you didn't retweet something.

There are definitely still people taking his statement as some sort of admission of guilt (even though he specifically said "I did nothing wrong"). Anyone who jumped on the bandwagon is desperately clinging to it with any excuse they can. I see a lot of support for Vinny but for every 3 messages of support there's always the one "power-imbalance" tweet. This is definitely going to follow him for a long time no matter the outcome.

If you knew of this super secretive account, wouldn't you at least message it out of curiosity? Don't act like you wouldn't, you clearly are very defensive of him I have no malicious intentions and wasn't trying to "flirt", as you're clearly oblivious to the first thing about forming relationships. I have some self respect at least, and not interested in fucking some random internet man, regardless if I was a fan of his or not. Do you have anything to actually offer on this topic, or just like to write off any rational thinking for your tinfoil hat conspiracies? Get real for a second. The audio is clearly edited to make the attention whore on the other end look better, but it's no question an actual phone call from him.

Do you think I am behind this or something? Please read what I actually said. And I know most people on this thread knew about his behavior a long time ago, so I have no idea why everyone is suddenly acting oblivious to it.

The reason Jerma Joel, and Vinny avoid controversy is because the act like professionals should. They clearly separate their personal life from their work. Even though they love streaming, they've got enough business sense to not conflate business with personal issues. That's why Jerma can dance around like a buffoon and still be taken seriously; he's playing a character and there's no confusion about that.

You obviously have a horse in this race in some form and your attempts at being perceived as neutral are disingenuous at best; given that your smarmy attitude towards other poster's experiences (or lack thereof) betrays any sense of neutrality you may be trying to build.

I don't know honestly. His audience will most likely stay loyal and random bitches on twitter will still be bitches regardless. There might be that odd 40%er who will see that he's at a con and try to get him kicked out, but because he's vinny, it probably won't happen. It'll be another jontron situation where literally nothing will happen to him

I think I misread the overall tone of the discussion and that resulted in some hostile defensiveness on my end. I should have just been up front with what I knew, I apologize for that.

If it comes across like I had any interest in hooking up or whatever, that's an understandable conclusion given my hostility. Truthfully that was just me trying to butt in, in some way, but no. I had no further engagement or interest in Vinny aside from "omg this is his account". Sorry for the unnecessary aggression around it.
