It's crazy whiplash going from wacky V-Dub anime game yesterday to this. Is it safe to assume there probably won't be a stream tonight?

Probably not, though that's because Vinny typically takes Friday nights off, or does an earlier/shorter stream.

Anyway, it looks like this latest rumor mill is already falling apart? Still watchin' closely.
 
anyone else think it's a little weird that this brand new twitter account with no followers made one post that instantly got hundreds of retweets out of nowhere? almost like it was a coordinated push or something.
 
Anyone ever notice how all of the people who have supposed sex pest dirt on Vinny are always a part of the LGBT/BLM/pronoun squad? For one, it doesn't really seem like Vin's type (although for a one night fling, maybe). Two (note: this is theorizing), I do kinda wonder how much of this is because Vinny might be the quietest influencer in the US when it comes to talking about social justice and political issues. He tries to avoid talking or even visually acknowledging LGBT stuff, he never touches politics, and his only commentary on BLM rioting was "I hope the businesses that were hurt already by COVID are okay".

Considering how heavily these people devote their lives to advocacy (especially Charonion, holy shit was she an obnoxious cunt the last year), I could see his silence eventually presenting problems for them. These people usually demand their influencers be outspoken voices for change; I don't think that its at all unthinkable that these people get tired of the fact that Vin won't play their game. Once they realize that, they then throw him under the bus because as we all know from the last year, "silence is violence".

Theory aside, I'm not completely dismissing the current allegations, but these look flimsy at best. I'm honestly surprised this accusation is the one that took off, but I guess this was gonna happen eventually. The audio file was the only really interesting thing about it, but with that looking like its a fake, it doesn't have too much else to stand on.

Interestingly enough, due to Vinny's daily streaming schedule I do think Vin will have to confront this one. Dan had the luxury of Game Grumps content being recorded weeks in advance, so he had time to let everything fall apart before being forced to make a statement. I'm guessing Vinny either squashes this tonight or tomorrow. Could be interesting.

It all starts to make sense when you put the bolded puzzle pieces together. If this is truly another hoax, the question is why? Are the ones slinging these rumors about Vin that miserable about their own lives to try and start drama up with someone who has remained steadfastly apolitical for his entire streaming career? It's especially perplexing since GeePM and Charonian are outing themselves like this so willingly. The community is gonna shun them from here on out if they're crying wolf.
