He probably didn't, when you get messaged by mods on reddit it just shows up as "a message from the mods of Vinesauce" or if you're on mobile it will just show up as the name of the subreddit and people thought it was a message directly from Vinny because Vinesauce is his username on reddit but it's much more likely that the message was from one of the other mods.

Very unlikely. That blog had barely any notice, and Tumblr staff don't give a shit about callout blogs; they can barely be assed to update their site, let alone moderate its content. Most likely, the person in question closed it themselves, whether due to lack of attention or less-than-favorable attention; I'd assume the latter based on the posts that were up when you linked it before, as the anons they were getting seemed bemused at best and actively hostile at worst. (Of course, "hostile" in this context just means "why did you make this?")

Hardly, but they will if there is a significant influx of reports (and I'm talking in the mid-to-high double digits at the lowest). There's no way a blog like the Vinny one had enough attention to get anywhere near that unless someone was particularly bored that day.

I just watched the latest Wind Waker upload on fullsauce and about 23 minutes in Vinny swears and it's censored. I guess fullsauce is taking the Oneyplays route where swears will start to be censored in the beginning of the video.

Someone in the comments theorized you can't have swears within the first 15-20% of a video. Also, I'm pretty sure Vinny said cunt which is a big no no word so that might be the only reason it was censored and not that they're going to start censoring the beginning of the video because he used a few lighter swears before that.
