I caught the part where Vin found himself- I know he's uncomfortable with art being made of him so I wonder if what VineRealms represented eased that up a bit. It seems like a very sweet and touching collaboration for the community. I figure it must be really fucking surreal though, honestly. The dad joke bit was great from Joel, really loved how the text just scrolled up like Star Wars.
I'm just getting around to watching some of the Hope VODs (Twitch hates my home internet), and oddly, Limes' segment playing Pajama Sam 3 is my favourite so far. I have so much nostalgia for that game, and watching someone unfamiliar with the game experience it for the first time was a lot of fun. (Although the path she got meant she never saw my man Depressed Balloon Guy. )
I also played some of Vine Realms, and I would say that it's a fun little walking simulator, if only because I'm enough of a 'tismo to enjoy "here's a reference" type things. Finding the emotes satisfied my collectathon side as well. 8.325 Vineshrooms out of 10, would recommend.

There's no denying Kurt Cobain was no angel or music martyr ( and neither should fans paint him as such), but he also wasn't the vile prick Adam and Travis make him out to be. Many of their assertions are based on ignorance of facts. Here are two examples:
They often cite Charles Cross's book 'Heavier than Heaven' which is laden with badly sourced inaccuracies and worst of all fictionalised scenarios ADMITTEDLY created by the author to 'push the story along'. 'Heavier than Heaven' should be read with a grain of salt along with sourced research. Don't get me wrong; it's a very well written book as long as you can distinguish fact from fiction.
A prime example of their twisted misconceptions is how the hosts often refer to Kurt as 'The Retard Fucker' due to the story Kurt narrated on tape about attempting to lose his virginity to a girl with mental disabilities. This came from the film 'Montage of Heck' directed by Brett Morgan. While it is indeed a sad and vile story, it was a narration of PURE FICTION created by Kurt in his journal. The incident never happened, and neither did Kurt lay down on railway tracks to attempt suicide. Not only did Brett Morgan ADMIT this during an interview while promoting the film (you can find it on YouTube) but many of the students, friends and faculty who knew Kurt during this period came out and said these two incidents never took place.

If it's true that Vinny took the podcast and montage of heck at face value and now dislikes Cobain because of that, that sucks.
I read the dude's diary excerpts (which I know is immoral in itself...) and he clearly was someone with severe mental health issues and demons. He wasn't a perfect sad angel, but nobody is. He clearly loved his daughter and made some good music. Kinda strange that people are only now finding that out.

Just a random thought while catching up on the charity streams: I found this pokemon sun corruption interesting cause what seems to be happening is that he doesn't have any pokemon so his trainer sends out a fucked up shiny bulbasaur and then he loses the battle.
I guess the implication here is that shiny bulbasaur is a placeholder somehow which I found neat. I recall that the bad egg glitch in gen 3 can also show up as a bulbasaur in your party icons.

It might've been a corruption where the starter acquisition segment was skipped. These videos show that all sorts of bizarre shit happens throughout the generations when you bypass that part of the game and try to play without a Pokemon in your party.

Voice acting is pretty minimal. It's mostly just Desert making Banjo-Kazooie-esque sounds (which I felt he did a good job on) and a few bits from streamers, like Joel's long-ass dad joke.
