Speaking of Joel.
I've recently noticed that in full stream of XP Destruction (timecode: about 30:00, link is alredy copied with it) you can hear him mentioning something called "raygold" among other malware names.
What is it? It seems to be a nickname of a certain child molester, which was then adopted as a keyword for child pornography in various peer-to-peer networks such as Ed2k and Gnutella.
Honestly, knowing Joel's background of being some kind of edgelord shitposter in days of classic 4chan, I'm not that much surprised.
 
This morning I saw that Vinny tweeted at Chris D'Elia (comedian, starred in "You" as Henderson on Netflix). He simply wrote he thought Chris was a funny guy and that he liked the way Chris pronounces "blapkins". Didn't grab or archive the tweet obviously, because I thought nothing of it. I checked Vinny's twitter again just now and the tweet is gone.

I just think it's weird. Chris doesn't seem to be a very controversial figure, so I don't know why Vinny would suddenly delete the tweet. Strange.

Pretty much this. He's done the same thing but with other famous people (I clearly remember him tweeting at Jerry Cantrell and Stone Gossard, then deleting it).


Also, has there been anything new about Joel on Discord? He wanted to stream Hotel Mario because he felt "a bit better" ... almost 5 days ago.

He's been quiet for the past 5 days, though I don't really check the voice chat
 
i've never been to bacon's discord but he seems like an ok guy from what i've seen. it must suck to have a tsunami of joel obsessed fans flood his server.

Joel seems very much like a shut-in with a fairly unhealthy lifestyle, he's likely just run of the mill sick. It isn't exactly uncommon for him to get ill, and like MDB said he's been caring for his ill father as well. I really doubt Joel's got the Big 'Rona.
 
I know it's inconsequential in the grand scheme of things, but Vinny's Twitch chat is way too rowdy during the Wall Market part of FF7 Remake. It's just like being in the real deal!

Thankfully, the most awkward part of the stream was the ghost dude talking about a map where you feed an anime girl cookies and she gets big, or something. I'm glad Vinny could enjoy himself with a private group for VRchat. Going public would have been a disaster, as is usually the case.

It would have gone more smoothly if Vinny focused its arms. That, and he really underestimates Aerith's offensive capabilities. Other than those things, Vinny did pretty fine.

I wonder if Vinny acknowledged the passing of Rick May? He may not have played much TF2, but there's no way he wouldn't mention someone like that who voiced a character that was used in a lot of Gmod videos and the like in the late 2000's/mid 2010's, on top of just doing a really good job at voicing the characters he did.

He mentioned it in an animal crossing stream. I think it was the one 2 days ago.
