Not to beat a dead horse, but Elina D posted a link to her ask.fm for anyone that (remotely) cares about what she’s doing: https://ask.fm/afjpur. I find it funny that she keeps shilling the link but has yet to receive any questions. Maybe her 15 mins of booru fame is dead? But yeah, if anyone sends anything her way, try not to sperg and say something dumb.
It'd probably be better not to give her any attention. If she plans to get rid of that twitter account and focus on her art twitter account, it doesn't help by putting up an ask account and expecting people to harass her anonymously before that.

so, last night's stream was a big set up to ask joel for a collab? honestly, the game was okay, it was really cute, until that "post credits" scene. that just killed the mood, it was not subtle at all. (i'm having flashbacks of that one fan game vinny played with the self insert character)

Yea any part of the game with his self insert was hard to watch, especially that email part. I swear these people who obsess over Joel expect the world to work like a fanfiction or something.

Also, anyone else notice how Joel seemed to be really upset during the christmas giveaway? Maybe I missed something in the beginning but Joel kinda sounded like he was on the brink of tears at the start of the stream.

it was weird. he started out saying there was "so much to do" and that he wasn't going to give the games right away. one 15 min brb later, he sounded really...tired or sad? and began the giveaway. really hope it was just a headache as he said

Probably just tired. It was 6 am for him, after all, and he'd just done a 3 and a half hour stream a few hours beforehand. He did sound pretty miserable, though, I'll grant you that. He even mentioned at one point how frustrating the giveaway process is, and when the stream briefly pooped out and made people spam NotLikeThis, he came into chat literally just to say "please don't make this worse." Given the prep time that went into starting the giveaway (I think like 15 minutes of the stream were just him in BRB mode), I'm willing to bet it's much more of a hassle than he means for people to see.

It's all stuff he does on his own time. The biggest issue that happened last night was that the command that Nightbot uses to determine the winners spontaneously stopped working, thus the long BRB, and Joel's frustration.

But he also did suddenly say he was short on time, so perhaps something else came up.

Why can't Joel just eat Jerma and absorb his streaming charisma and trolling power??

I find Joel much more charismatic and entertaining than Jerma, but I think Jerma is much better at rolling with the dumb jokes from his fanbase and not letting himself get worn down by annoying shit. In contrast, even though Joel is the more entertaining streamer, he has lost pretty much all ability to not get overwhelmed when shit goes south over the years. I partially think this is because of Jerma being a much newer streamer in comparison - a quick google search suggests that he started streaming on Twitch sometime in 2016, where Joel has been streaming since before Twitch even existed (since 2011). It's probably harder to withstand bullshit when you've been dealing with it for so long.

In terms of trolling though, we all know that award has to go to Joel. This is the guy who promised to do a "really tall jump" as a charity incentive and then left the stream idle for a good 2 minutes pretending that he'd launched himself into space. All Joel does is fuck with his fans, and we love it.

maybe i have baby humor but this is hilarious. whoever made this must've ripped a shitload of obscure Vinny audio clips.

Seeing people say that this went on for too long/wasn't funny anymore added to the humor. The fact people were done with it and got sick of the intentionally badly written text just added to the humor, in my opinion. It's like seeing a bunch of people enjoying something, and then noticing the one who doesn't. In a situation like this; it only enhances the humor.

At first, I was so worried it was gonna be another Self insert-chan's adventures with Vinesauce, turns out it was a funny meme hell where super he thicc 64 FINALLY dies
