If Americans learn shit like "violence of the oppressed is different than the oppressor" in 5th grade no wonder their country is FAILING and is constantly on the bottom of all first world nations in math tests. This is what happens when they teach queer history and critical race theory

The creators of this game should be shipped off to Dar Es Salam
But we have freedom or something

The week of TooManyGames 2024 is finally here, anyone have any thoughts on what will likely happen this weekend?
For Vinny? Nothing.
For Mike? Either gets so shitfaced it causes some sort of upset that we'll hear about it though another source outside Vin's circle or crushes some They/Them pussy, then gets #MeToo'd for awkward sex several years from now.

Between 50% of the stream being messing with audio settings, and a good chunk of the rest being extremely dull, overstayed memes (Watto, the CBT meme, Trannies inserting their risque animu voice clips they know make Vin uncomfortable etc), the Choicer Voicer stream(s) were truly insufferable. Never seen such a blatant attempt to milk engagement, though I don't doubt Vinny enjoys the 'tism.

Mike does not seem like the kind of person to sleep around nowadays, I thought he was still in a relationship with Buntime?

However, I do think you are right in thinking he could cause some form of upset at the convention, sober or not. I would not be at all surprised if Mike has some kind of rockstar level tantrum while at Toomanygames this year.

I was at TMG this year. Red Vox played pretty good but Vinny's vocals were not quite up to the same level. To be fair though he might have just been nervous, the whole room was packed full of people. It also seemed like they didn't give them enough time to set up before playing, because they were on immediately after the Green Day cover band finished their set. There was some technical issue they were having before they started but I'm not sure what it was. I also managed to get near first in line at his signing, but there was so many people that showed up for it that the staff had to cap the line and also only let people have a few seconds to chat, even though the band showed up half an hour before the signing was supposed to start. It was kinda shitty that I didn't get to talk to Vinny and the band that much but I am glad that I did get to since I decided to leave the show early since I knew the signing would be full very quick. Oh yeah, and I think I did spot at least one furry in the crowd which somehow didn't suprise me that much.

Vinny's vocals were meh. Either his stage fright got in the way of great vocal delivery, or his Asperger ass can't stand being around people giving him attention. Plus, I felt a conflict of sound between the effects found on the album and what is live. The biggest paradox of wanting a digital synthy sound vs. the shit thrown at you at a gig. I loved the bouncy sound of the strat and tele. Mike mostly kept the rhythm tight. But yeah, the techies are a menace to live sound.

The staff at TMG were honestly a joke this year. I couldn't get in line to the meet and greet because the line got capped quickly, and whoever was managing the line tried to block me from giving my friend, who was in line, my vinyl for the band to sign and was overly aggressive about it. Some chat members in the line offered to take my vinyl to get it signed, but the staff straight up said they weren't allowed to do that, so sadly my vinyl remains unsigned *sigh* . Turns out this wasn't the first time this happened during the con this year, so that sucks for those chat members. As cringe as Twitch chat can be, the people I met and spoke to at different days of the con were actually respectful and not as spergish as I expected. On a side note, I didn't realize just how big Justin Silverman was until I saw him sitting behind Vinny during the signings, holy fuck. Talk about a jump scare.

I think it was nervousness mixed with songs that are slightly out of his range to begin with. Some of the songs where he had to sing in falsettos were not doing him justice, and the yell-singing made his voice crack a few times. It wasn't a bad show with everything said and done, but with more vocal practice I think he'd do fine. Mike, Joe, Jerald and Bill were great on their own, and I loved seeing Joe kill it on guitar with his solos.

Buntime was behind Mike throughout the entire con from the times I saw them walking around, so I'd say you're still correct.

Salsa, I seem to be unable to quote or reply to your post about the TooManyGames staff at the Red Vox meet and greet but I would like to ask who specifically the overly aggressive staff member was? There were staff both inside and outside of the room.

Just pure curiosity, I was in the signing booth room line as well. As expected, some chat members did sperg out when they got to the signing table from what I saw/heard.

Been enjoying some of the Mario slide compilations Vinny put out recently. There's some really talented people making those things, especially within the time limit of a week or two.

I know Joel played it back in the day at least. Though I still remember chat being unruly during it. Could swear I remember a few times he had to go like "Don't tell me how to play the game faggots." but still.

Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if the theory about Vinny playing the game off-stream and just never telling anyone was true. Though at the same time that also implies Vinny is competent enough to keep up a ruse like that, for that long. So, probably untrue.
Also I want to come back to this real quickly and clarify what I mean.

It's Vinny. Do you guys really think he'd be able to keep up a convincing ruse like that for this long? If he really did play it off-stream without telling anyone he probably would've accidentally let it slip somehow at some point. I could 100% see him doing it. Probably during some Undertale reference that he's supposed to not get he'd accidentally say what it is or something and go "Wait, oh fuck I'm not supposed to know that!" or something.

Though I guess there is also the chance he did play it but because it's Vinny he's already forgotten most of it. I guess that could also be possible.
Vinny's dementia grows worse with each passing year.

"Yeah, I've finished my album so I now have plenty of time to stream."
Fast forward to now:

I find it pointless to keep up with Joey streams anymore because he's so inconsistent and streams so infrequently my expectations for him managing and maintaining his community are in the dirt. I was Joelpilled for over a decade but over the last year that pill has been regurgitated. I would be very curious to see how many people still sub to him given the sheer lengths of time between streams now, they're not getting any content for their money. It's very disappointing. I still think he's leagues funnier than Vinny and Mike when he does stuff though.

I'd rather have lazy Joel than homo Joel.
Vinny streams very frequently despite his work in music and look at the kind of guy he is.
