Guessing it's back-ups in case there're no shows.
I'd assume he pays his mods for vetting Sunday stuff/E-mails/Vinebooru while the rest are the on-and-off editors for the 'Vinesauce' channel and then Johnny for Fullsauce/BRB.

Sorry to keep driving this topic further.
I found out that he's actually going through with putting up more YT Shorts on Fullsauce now, when he said several months back it wasn't worth the small amount of money from them, among other things. He's really going in hard on chasing them trends more than I thought. *sigh*

I know he's said all this won't change who he is or his streaming style, but considering what I gushed about a couple pages ago, he's also at the behest of YT/Twitch's finicky rules or he risks his income getting halved/witheld. Not saying he should go all "Fuck the establishment!", just that it's disheartening to see him conform while it's having an effect on his jokes.

Maybe that'd explain all his vapid "unhinged" behavior I've seen people mention, as his way to get around his usual vulgarity on top of getting back at the authoritarian rules.

The Twitch leak from a few years ago stats around $500k from Aug. 2019 - Sep. 2021 based on subs, bits and ad revenue. Split that into 3rds and that's close to Devil's numbers. ($166,666.67)
SocialBlade estimates YT's $9k ~ $143k yearly.

Precisely. I love how little attention he gives to the retarded zoomy faggots. He doesn't even waste time acknowledging superchats, so any financial contribution he gets is entirely to reward him for good content and not because he'll say their name on the internet. Of the very few times he calls out a message, it's generally him making fun of chat's stupidity, and he almost never says their name. I fucking hate when streamers give parasocial attention to those who crave it. This is one of the biggest reasons why he's the only gaming YouTuber I watch.

For the uninitiated: Holly - his current girlfriend - was revealed by either Jerma himself or the community to have been at least a viewer, possibly a moderator before going steady with Jerma.

Since Kim turned out to be a disaster behind the scenes he likely correctly decided to have Holly on camera as little as possible, assuming she didn't reach that conclusion on her own for privacy reasons. He mentions her quite a lot if I remember correctly so he's clearly not trying to hide their relationship. Possibly to deter freaky fangirls. Kim being a disaster aside the proposal peanut fakeout before the Vegas move was maybe the funniest thing he ever did with Kim.

I'm not sure if it was this thread the Jerma thread further back or if it was some gay xitter thread I read about 'power dynamics' but there was a minor stink raised about Holly being a viewer or moderator before starting her relationship with Jerma. The usual xitter parasocial neet ramblings.

Jerma and Holly don't compare to Ster and Ashley purely because Jerma's streaming set up prevents us from getting the Holly laugh track. Best part of Ster streams is hearing Ashley giggling at his or his guest's jokes in the background. Wife laugh track is genuinely great. We also won't get a video like Jerma Is Miffed where Ashley features prominently. Classic shit.

Do not forget that on YouTube, Vinesauce: The Full Sauce also allows for viewers to become "channel members" by paying a monthly subscription like the Vinesauce channel does. So his YouTube earnings may be greater than the estimated figure.

Jerma has been in a relationship with meekcheep/Hollulu for at least 2 years and no major drama seems to have come of their relationship, at least none that has gone outside of the Jerma985 community.

Honestly no shot Vinny only has 760 current active subs. That number has to be significantly higher. Wouldn't that mean that BossManJack has more subs than Vinny?
 
Am I the only one noticing that community jannies for Joel seem to be actively trying to prevent him from becoming aware of things like the source for the Kerfus body or what Arirals actually are? Seems like anyone mentioning them gets their posts deleted anywhere.

From what I can tell, the chat as well as jannies are very much against anyone spoiling anything about the game, or even hinting towards a spoiler. Though I don't know anything about them sweeping up any hints that DrNose is a degenerate faggot. Perhaps they know that if Joel became aware of it he'd stop streaming the game and it'd ruin his enjoyment of it so they try their best for him to stay oblivious to that fact. Definitely feels like some toxic positivity is going on here.

I don't really trust socialblade's accuracy cause it doesn't take into account DMCA shit, especially with that margin of error on that calculation, but the Twitch stats are irrefutable. Guy should have a lot of money he's sitting on unless he's got supremely fucked spending habits, and that doesn't seem to be the case. Even if he's making less now with increased inflation.

Not to be lame, but out of all Vinny stuff in modern year, I actually quite enjoy Red Vox and it's really the main thing I keep up with him for since I don't really care for gaming streams/VODs anymore.

I'm hopeful that the performance will be recorded so I can check out how they fare live. Yes I know there was a recorded gig a few years ago, but they have grown leaps and bounds since then.

Yeah, I binge listened to all his albums in one sitting. They're actually pretty talented and get better with time. Blood Bagel and Visions were my favorite.

Vinny and Joel are both musically talented. Red Vox is such a good band and albums like Another Light, Realign, Visions and Afterthoughts are some of my favorite albums
