The premiere has finished, what did you guys think of the album?
Quite enjoying it! While I acknowledge that Realign is probably a much better put together and more popular release, Visions and Afterthoughts are both much more aligned to my tastes, very happy with them both, nice to listen to back to back as well, been playing them today while cleaning the house. :)

Edited to add my favourite tracks, "As Long As I Can Dream", "Eminence" and "Jumped The Gun" are stand outs for me so far.

Was pretty good. My favorite album is still Another Light, but there some good songs that stuck out to me on this one. I particularly liked Playing By The Rules.

No Vinny, I will not listen to Red Vox. I will not feed your le serious rockstar artist fantasies. There are already too many soaking wet teenage fangirls in your audience feeding that part of you that resents being the Sunday speen man.
Edit: Doubly so because you bungled Pizza Tower super hard with "muh premiere" and generally clearly didn't give a shit about the game, missing all funny moments and not learning a thing about the gameplay (the latter is normal tho).

Really good album! Not that I think his band will ever get big enough, I can definitely see Vinny leaving behind streaming if his music took off.

Why is rev like this

I honestly don't understand why people are getting so mad about this, the guys that made it are actual VFX artists and it took them quite a chunk of time (iirc 2 months?) AND THEIR OWN EFFORTS (costuming, filming, acting) aided by AI to create this, I actually really found their video interesting as someone who dabbles in illustration.

They were never even claiming that they did this thing on their own or it was the future, they were just experimenting with new media for fun. But people have to flip the fuck out and look like retards I guess?

I don't even care about the ethics or the AI part, I just think it looks ugly.

Never said I thought it looked good, I just thought that it was an interesting process shown on their video and if people cared to watch it, showed that they actually did put quite a lot of work into it, not just type "ANIME, CELL SHADED, MEDIEVAL, ROCK PAPER SCISSORS, EPIC" and get this shit in 5 seconds.

I haven't really watched Vinesauce since that Vinny "scandal", that wasn't really a scandal at all, but I'm still really into Red Vox and I listen to Vinny's Spotify playlists because I like his music taste. I feel after he had that (understandable) streaming break he kinda lost his sparkle? I liked him just going to the park and talking about the ducks he saw. Everything else just doesn't speak to me.

Oh also Joel saying "My muskles are getting bigger" was big on Tiktok for some fucking reason. Might explain why even he has weird fucking fans now, of all people.

I am addicted to watching Mike play Pizza Tower. He's so bad at the game, but his tenacity is inspiring. He spent nearly 6 hours trying to P rank the Oregano Desert level. When he finally got it, I was able to live vicariously through him, if but for a moment, and relive my experience first playing the game. 10/10 stream.

Oh. and the dev of the game even showed up to cheer him on.

My favourite part is chat trying to cancel some old Italian pizza man.
Is Mike an official part of Vinesauce nowadays? I know he didn't use to be & I have been out of the loop. Never understood why he wasn't honestly, he's in a band with the main guy ffs

I always thought he just didn't want it to look like he was capitalizing on Vinny, he obviously cares about their friendship and it's probably easier to do his own thing than be part of the Vinesauce business.
