I've watched Joey stream regularly since 2013 but recently I just can't watch him anymore. These long hiatuses, short streams and lack of commitment made me realize how little his heart is in it anymore. He's always been sporadic, but it's never been as bad as it is right now. Makes me feel like he's only streaming every now and then to keep his subs sated and income rolling in so he can fuck off for the rest of the month.
I don't understand why you'd do that. He doesn't have another job, we'd definitely hear about it if he did. I don't think he makes enough off of his music to count on it as a primary source of income either. Unless he addresses what's going on I'm probably done tuning in for the foreseeable future, I don't like being strung along with the bare minimum amount of content required to retain his Twitch partnership.
I've heard him refer to Twitch as just a "hobby" before and for some reason that rubbed me the wrong way. Isn't it his primary source of revenue? Doesn't it keep the lights on? You have people paying you monthly, you should probably treat it a bit more seriously than an occasional hobby.
