At this point Vinny should just retire. Idk currently its like he almost would rather be somewhere else. This is probably me being retarded tho.

So what's Vinny's reasoning for playing Crisis Core again? I thought the last stream was a one off. Don't feel like watching it if he's just going to drop it in a couple of parts.

That's not the first time Mike Matei's been in chat. I only watch Full Sauce, but I remember Vinny calling out and awkwardly saying hi to Mike some time in the past. He's probably been around more times without being acknowledged. He even has a VIP badge, so one of the mods decided to give him some visibility whenever he shows up.

Vinny has hanged out during a collab with Mike and AVGN before. Ever since then they pop up in each other's streams having very minor chit-chats. Nothing too crazy.
 
Vin is good friends with many of the AVGN guys, including Mike "10-inch" Matei. Pat the NES Brat also raided him not too long ago and even got a whole shoutout from Vinny.

I think people here just like to paint him as this weird nerdy loner when he's actually got quite a lot of connections that aren't just comprised of 14 year old troons who happen to watch his streams every night.

my favorite out of vinny's interactions with the avgn crew was when he played jackbox with mike, james, and some other guy who i forget the name of because i'm not very familiar with the team
despite his borderline autism levels of awkwardness his shitpost side came through and he was still the funniest one

Here's what you're talking about for the Mario 64 one: At 01:05:26 chat posts "My friend trance writes". It's the only message that pops up around that time Joel doesn't read aloud.
 
Not getting caught out by Trance writes is extra impressive for a non-native speaker.
 
Do they really think that tricking someone into saying a sequence of syllables makes that person a genuine supporter of their cause? It would be like kids on the playground thinking that getting you to spell out "I cup" definitely makes you a bathroom voyeur.

Edit to not double post: Sometimes I want to curbstomp these people in roblox minecraft hunger games. Can't they take a god damn hint that Joel isn't going to say trans right because he isn't political or he doesn't agree with jt.
